Good and convenient location.close Xingtian MRT

Breakfast was good, menu for hot food was changed daily for the 3 days we were there. There was a laundry room where guess were were allowed to wash and dry their clothes.

Room facilities need to be maintained. Aircon temperature could not be adjusted but staff provided me with a heater. Bathroom door knob was faulty.

It was an enjoyable stay

Very good location, with restaurants, convenient stores, and cafes nearby. Also right beside a train station, making use of public transportation very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bottles of water provided every day.

駅から1分以内でとても便利です。清潔感があり、コメディも完備しています。チェックインの時new year partyのrock zoneチケットを頂いたのはとても嬉しい！おかげさまでゆっくりライブを見ることができました^_^

強いて言えば、朝ご飯をもっと台湾っぽくして頂けると、外国人観光客の満足度が高くなるのではないかと思います。(満足しないリスクもあるかもですが…)

The location is very good and extremely close to a Subway stop. The room is a little small but comfortable.

You could not set the air conditioning temperature in your room and most of the time it's too cold as is the whole building. Expected more for the money

The environment is really quiet and is almost without noise.

When I booked the single room on the Booking.com, my requirement is that my room should be far the elevator. After I checked in your hotel, your male staff of the reception desk said that the room type which I ordered couldn’t be far away the elevator. Thus, I just could accept to live in that room which was closed to the elevator. I was a little upset. After a while, I called the front desk in my room and complained to the female staff. At the end, this female staff who spoke a fluent Japanese was so nice to upgrade my room to be far away the elevator. Really thanks for her nice service.

The location is good, next to Xingtiangong MRT station. There are many restaurant and coffee house.

good but not very satisfactory ..

room was good , comfortable and clean . Location of the hotel was good. .

to my surprise the breakfast wasn't included (bcz normally i book the room with breakfast but this time i couldn't realize) during check in the staff told me this in a bit impolite way !. No one helped us (2 ladies with 3 suitcases!) to carry our suitcases to the room .. even no one opened the main door while we are entering to the hotel. The hotel staff didn't tell us how to operate the lift :((. hotel staff never greeted us "good morning / welcome / good bye" etc. during our 2 night stay!! Didnt even smile !! :(( Difficult to communicate in English !

Very fascinating adventure and never forgetting views from Taiwan

Perfect location.

Lack of manual to switch off the cooling mode. The cooling, even if it was slow, caused the necessecity to cover our hads with duvet when the temperature was fixed on 24C.

Can't control the thermostat at all. it was so cold. They don't clean the room even after 4 days, they said it was "Eco-Friendly Room", which I did not know that was the meaning. Maybe that is also why the room have thermostat but can't change the temperature at all.

Good location, 2 mins walk to metro station. many food choices along the street, convenience stall available.

No sound proof in the room, can clearly hear the sound from the corridor or next room. check in during peak period hence the price is on the high side

brightness of the lobby and the room, simple and efficient room layout, courteous and helpful counter staff, tidying up of the bedroom and bathroom everyday.

no handle bars in bathtub cum shower area; being a senior, I would have preferred a walk-in shower room

The location of the hotel is very good. Just 2 min walk from exit 3 of xing tian temple Station. The room size is great and the room is v clean. The counter reception is super helpful and friendly too.

Location was excellent and convenience to us, beside got Starbucks , 7 eleven and train station.Provide daily cleaning service and refill mineral water and tea bag every day if you got request for cleaning. Moreover, bed also very comfortable. Overall was excellent , highly recommended.

nice breakfast, stayed four nights, we had different breakfast everyday. Very good location , close to MRT exit, and many choices to find restaurants and shops nearby.

the room is a bit too small. TV and desk are too closed, i can't use laptop while kids wish to watch TV.

I adore everything about this hotel, including the location, breakfast, rooms, and facilities.

Excellent Location This hotel is within a one-minute walk from the MRT station and has nearby restaurants as well as supermarkets such Carful 24 Hours, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Lawson, NET, 7-11, and 全聯 imart. Good breakfast options are plentiful. Every day, the maid cleans the room and replenishes the hotel amenities & accessories. (I cherish Baht powder) I can stretch out a 28-inch bag for two people and one 20" in the room because it is so large. I adore the 40" Sony Smart TV, the electric kettle, the capsule coffee machine, and the motion sensor switch on the wardrobe.
