okay for a short stay

location. its near robinson. wo its convenient for food.

staff were okay. kind of helpful but not friendly. security guard was better than the staff at front desk. haha lobby was hot .

Highly recommended. Experience it yourself 💜

You get what you paid for. The room and bathroom space is good enough - 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 3 people. Could be bigger but not a problem. Airconditioning unit inside the room is working perfectly - badly needed in this kind of weather. Water supply is good. Absolutely no problem with their water, hot and cold available. The staff are all so attentive and accommodating. We had too many requests and all were taken care of timely and they always smile. The location is great as well. There's a 711, Mercury Drug and a bank outside the hotel. Robinson's Mall and a laundry shop is just walking distance away and so is Ceres bus terminal. You can order food via grab delivery and they also have food you can order via room service. The airport and the port is just a few minutes away via tricycle. It's highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in Dumaguete. Experience it yourself.

It was okay, just a short stay at the hotel but overall it was good and the staff ate great and very accommodating.

the property was clean and is near Robinsons Mall, the biggest mall around the vicinity.

The network signal is not that good and the wifi is not that fast.

Very good

Room was clean, you have a boiling machine and the bed is comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly, we asked for a taxi service but upon calling the price was truly outrageous, he asked us 1 800 php to go to Malatapay (30mn ride). We ended up going with the bus 120 pax. (The bus terminal is at 3mn from the hotel!)

We had a great stay here.

very clean and staff were very polite and approachable.

option of foods were just for breakfast. would have been great if they have kitchen for bf,lunch,dinner. Location still near restaurants and convenience store.

I would stay here again and recommend the hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It's a good central location and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful; rooms clean and good amenities.

The beds and pillows were hard, that was the only drawback.
