Convenient, spacious, good breakfast, responsive staff

Convenient location, staff very responsive via Whatapp, comfy beds, nice shower. Staff made sure we got breakfast on time and made us scrambled eggs daily even though we were the only ones who requested to eat at 6am. Only 15 min walk from bus station so we walked when we first got in. We had to leave early when we checked out so they helped us call a taxi and they came right away.

Beautiful upscale room

Beautifully decorated room with lovely art throughout the property. Great bathroom shower and terrific views from the top floor lounge

There is no elevator and some rooms are up 3 flights of stairs ( which aren’t covered if it’s rainy) so if you have mobility issues ensure you get a room on the ground floor

May be only the location. Walking distance has many restaurants

The minute i arrived the hotel, It's like a guest house. Breakfast was poor, nothing to eat。 My room was in 3rd floor, No lift, need to carry heavy luggage all the way up. Room is big but way too simple. A guest house standard. Receptionist don't speak English. Always No one there。

BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND QUIET. EVEN THOUGH OUR SPANISH SUCKS WE SEEMED TO GET ALONG JUST FINE.

Great stay

Lovely, big room with comfy bed. Modern bathroom. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff who used technology to communicate well with us as we couldn’t speak Spanish. Excellent value for money. Much more like a small B&B than a hostal.

The staff was great, we stayed one night before headed to Torres Del Paine, Patagonia and another night when we finished

close to the bus station. easy walk to the bus station when you are heading to Torres Del Paine.

Lovely common area with stunning views

Large comfortable rooms. Would be ideal if additional chair and small table were provided to enjoy the room. Bathroom facilities excellent and spotlessly clean. Lovely common room on the top floor where guests can watch TV, make tea and coffee and enjoy a takeaway meal. Breakfast more than adequate. Beds extremely comfortable.

Cozy Chic!

The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. We’ve arrived for a check in around 11pm and the staff were still able to let us in. Additionally, we had flight the next day but it was later in the evening which was passed the check out time but they were able to hold our luggage for a few hours as well. Nothing but great things to say.

exceeded my expectations! friendly, helpful, professional staff! secured parking, room decorated very pleasing to the eye, clean sanitized bathroom, wonderful breakfast, slept soundly in a comfortable bed. returning in a few days.

difficult to find, large wooden sign outside of property too dark to make out property name. colored sign on gate to little to make out from road when driving.

I had a great stayed. The property has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and mountains.

Room and bathroom extremely clean, spacious room.

Front desk service need a lot of improvement and breakfast as well. I hade a great stayed so far.

Very good

The location was in a quiet residental section of Puerto Natales. It was several blocks from any restaurants and points of interest. The young woman, who cleaned the rooms was very helpful and kind. She walked with me to the clinic, where I took my covid test for the flight to Santiago.

The mature woman at the front desk, did not speak English and had forgotten to return someone's identification. It was still in the printer when she copied my information. The young woman used her iPhone to translate for me. And helped me every way possible.

Stylish hostel with unrivalled panoramic views

We stayed at Sheuen Patagonia women visiting Torres del Paine national park at a time where it was affected by Covid-19. The hostel was very comfortable, the rooms spacious and tastefully decorated, and the areas for common use were stunning. The building is the tallest in Puerto Natales and one common area has a balcony and 360 degree views of the sea and mountains. On top of this the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate at a time where their business was being threatened by the virus. Mucho Gracias and good look for when the restrictions are lifted.

Fantastic

The entire experience was beyond our expectations... the beds were great, the facilities very comfortable and secure, the breakfast with daily home made cookies and local berries marmalade was fantastic... the personnel and the owners attention to our necessities was highly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to everyone that want to feel welcomed from the first moment.
