Great place!

Great views, very friendly host, comfortable rooms, great location. Would definitely recommend this place!

The only issue was the plumbing, and it was minor. And it took a minute to figure out the door locks... But I am nitpicking these were very minor issues.. And your legs will be in great shape when you go home from walking up and down the hills. Greece is a steep country (:

10mins walk from Tsamadou beach

Very close to the wonderful Tsamadou beach, about 10mins walk. The studio was very clean and well equipped. Lovely, helpful host. The views from the garden are stunning!

The studios are built in a way that don’t give you much privacy. It’s a communal balcony so, people pass by your window often. The walls are thin and you hear everything next door, literally everything. For example there was a couple next door that liked to wake up at 7am and have breakfast outside. You hear even the hands selecting the cutlery from their kitchen drawer. Shouting, dragging chairs. I didn’t say anything for 2 days until they actually turned to me and asked if we got back the previous night around 12. Apparently we were noisy and woke them up. Really? All we did is open the door, exchanged a few words and went to bed, which i believe with those walls is enough to wake up someone. Glad we only stayed for 4 nights.

Good value overall.

Good view, quiet. Access to hiking trails.

Location a bit hard to find, sign not always obvious. Don't trust Google maps, necessarily! A bit of a walk into town. Would have been nice to have some instant coffee available. Beds were hard for our taste.

Quiet, clean, well attended, peacefully located but close to the sights. Very pleasant.

nicely laid out. Rentals are scattered throughout their large property. Easy access to beaches. Staff very accommodating.

Very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing- and the beach below (Λεμονάκια) was fantastic

Great location if you have a motorbike like me (or car of course). Lovely hosts. A great place to stay up on the hillside looking out over the sea.

If i could rate it 11 i would :) we did not have high expectations when booking this apartments. That why we were pleasantly surprised. We had apartment with balcony looking directly to the sea. Maria ( host ) waited us to give us a key. She is extremly nice and helpfull. When we entered the apartment we were surprised how clean it was. There was no finger of dust..nothing. And our apartment was cleaned every day during our stay. Location is just above Lemonakia beach so you can reach it by foot. As apartments are located bit up hill , the way up from the beach can be a bit harder, but still under 10 minutes. If you have car its just minutes drive to 2 of the best beaches in Samos ( my opinion ) - Lemonakia and Tsamadou. Beutifull village of Kokkari is 15-20 minutes on foot or minutes with car ( parking was never a problem ..in high season ). Overall if you want to have relaxed holidays Gregorys Studios & apartments is your choice ! Maria, thank you for fantastic holidays !!!

One of the best!

It was one of the best stays in Greece among many travels in the past. The hosts, Maria and her husband are very friendly, kind people, caring about the object and guests. They are always there if you need anything. The room was clean, and the cleaning was done every day. Towels and sheets were replaced frenquently. Object is located with balcony looking north with amazing view of Turkey coast under beautiful sunrises. In the afternoon the sun is on the other side of the builting so it's cool and shady when you come back from the beach. Peace and quiet but still about 15 -20 minutes by foot, from Kokkari and 10 minutes from amazing Tsamadou beach(also one of the best i've been to). Pictures on booking show the reality of the object but they doesn't show the depth and beauty of surrounding nature and views. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, where you can enjoy the greek nature this is The place. Highly recommend!

Spacious & clean 2 room apt with good shower(showercabin instead of curtain 😁) BEAUTIFUL view, pleasant to sit outside not to hot cold or windy. Close to Lemonakia and Tsamadou beach.

A spacious and quite place with beautiful view on the sea and Turkey

The view on the sea and the stars at night was very beautiful. The flat was very spacious The owner was super gentle and friendly Housekeeping was done every day and very nicely The place was ery quite and it was very easy to park my car

The air-conditioning in the room was noisy at times. The room had curtains but no shutters so it was early light in the morning

it's a bit tiring to reach the rooms by feet since they are located on a hill not Greek Tv, only German speaking

Nice view, very clean and friendly

The studios are basic but all you need is there. You have a great view over Lemonakia beach. Walking distance 300 m from beach and 20 mn from Kokkari. The host Maria is very friendly, speaks English and will do everything to make your stay pleasant. Studios are very clean.

Exceptional

We stayed at Maria's house for one week and loved it. The location is very calm, 5 minutes walk down to the two best beaches of Samos (we think). Fantastic views to the sea, sun on the terrace all day long (the sun only goes behind the hill at around 7 p.m.). Maria is very friendly and kind and speaks very good English. She lives above the apartments in her own house with her family. The room gets tidied up including fresh towels every day! Everything is very clean. We will come back!

Happy home :)

I have stayed there 2nd times. On the mountain, there is a perfect view: The trees, the sea, the sky! Balcony area was a perfect restaurant for the breakfasts and the dinners. Maria was very kind, very friendly again. I'll miss her much :) The apartment was always clean. The beds were comfortable. We were very happy at the apartment.

There was no fatal missing tools, but we would like to advise some additional ones: Dishwashing detergent, olive oil, small kitchen storage units, maybe wine and ouzo glasses. In fact, a small dishwasher would be beter ;) Some of the pots should be checked.
