Clean water,

The sliding doors. The sliding door between boiling kettle cupboard - toilet/ bathroom. The little pantry area is very dangerous if someone slides the sliding door to re-enter the toilet/bathroom.

Quirky fun comfortable stay

It puts you out of you comfort zone, a little> We had the room type of what they call `open bathroom concept` which is really a doorless bathroom. So if you are a couple not comfortable with that, maybe book the normal rooms. It was ok for us. It was clean-ish (it could be better) and for a 5 star review the place should get a re-do on deep cleaning and also a new paint job so that is smells fresher. It is a very humid country so without investing into that, it shows. Without the AC on you will smell the dampiness. Other than that it is pretty cool of a place to stay - good area, walkable, nice concept of the hotel, full amenities & more, helpful staff - we booked a drive with them to the Highlands (great driver - hey Eric!) - and they even kept our huge backpaks before and after our stay so we had an easier time of visiting this lovely town.

it could use a new paint and a deepclean in the bathroom tiles and a change of shower heads the washing machines take a long time to wash and dry (hey, but its free, just take enough time - 2.30 hrs)

Hôtel atypique très sympa

La décoration est originale. Très sympa. Lave linge et sèche linge à dispo. Très pratique ! Deux restaurants à tenant à l'hôtel. Pratique, très bon état accueil chaleureux.

Mauvaise isolation. On entend beaucoup le bruit extérieur. Prévoir des boules quiès pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger !

Love My Stay There

The room is beautifully & stylishly decorated and the bed & pillows are exceptionally comfortable. A very Instagrammable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking at the back. Elevated too high causing a scratch to my front bumber and one pin was pulled out. Not meant for low cars. However, there are few lots right near the front & back entrance for options.

Mooi hotel buiten het centrum

Fijn hotel met mooie lobby waarvan het ontwerp & thema zijn doorgevoerd in de kamers.

We hadden pech met onze buren, die waren erg luid. Dit is door het hotel wel heel snel opgelost. Dus eigenlijk ook goed geregeld!

没有早餐，离中心还是有些距离，比较偏僻。晚上外面黑乎乎的。

A great experience

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable bed ...The staff were very professional and helpful without being intrusive. Will definitely stay there again.

TV did not work...however as it was Christmas and I was busy this did not have an impact on my stay.

Nice Boutique hotel

Beautiful design and with perfectly functioning facilities. The hotel is well located and has free (unguarded) parking. The decortaion is very original with very nice design touches.

Ufortunately, the night we stayed, the local coffee shop in the same building were throwing their annual staff party. They had a very loud karaoke machine until very late which could be heard everywhere. My guess is that this doesn;t happen very often but it did ruin an otherwise excellent stay.

Ideal für eine Nacht Auszeit vom malaysischen Chaos 😉

Superstylisch, wie eine andere Welt zum Rest in Ipoh, kleine Zimmer total kuhl ausgebaut und praktisch. Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Lage ist nicht wirklich toll, da sehr lautes Umfeld, ausser man mag Karaokesänger 😂🤣

Leuk boutique hotel, met een fijne en schone kamer. Mist alleen her en der het puntje op de spreekwoordelijke “i”

Goed schoon hotel

Mist een leuk plekje om te zitten en de locatie was niet ideaal. Ligt net buiten het centrum met een wat minder fijne route terug. Gelukkig is de grab enorm goedkoop (5 ringgit vaak), waardoor het niet enorm vervelend was.

Perfect for Solo traveller.

Room was great for a solo traveller. An upgrade from staying at backpackers. Tv, private bathroom, towels, A/C. Had a tiny window with permanently closed blinds in my no window room.

The shower, shower heads and taps seemed a little dated and not super clean. No door between bedroom and bathroom. Fridge was not cold.

Nicely decorated and good value for money but needs a little TLC

The decor and style of the hotel is very nice and modern and the rooms are comfortable and very affordable. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is a little out of the centre which makes it a little inconvenient especially as the walk to the centre isn't very nice, especially at night. The room needs a little TLC as there is some obvious wear and tear and there was a bit of mould in the bethroom. The rooms are also not very sound proof.

Stylish break in Ipoh

Style of the hotel. Access to city easy once you know where to go. Option of a nice Japanese restaurant or coffeeshop with some food within the complex and also typical local eateries open in the morning opposite the street.

The Japanese Restaurants are way pricier than normal local restaurants. To walk from hotel to city is doable but in the evening there are a lot of stray dogs running around and there isnt always a pavement where you can walk on. People seem to deive everywhere. The style of the rooms and the hotel look great, but some furniture, some of the used fabrics are impractical for cleaning them properly so there are stained and loads of hidden corners with dust. The frame the bed stands on is impractical as when you get off the bed you walk on a very uncomfortable iron/wooden edge. The edge easiee needs to end where the bed ends or needs to be bigger that the whole foot lands is on the floor. The room to the front is a bit on the louder side as there is a bar opposite that closes late.
