Muito bom hotel, limpo, silencioso e confortável.

Sem garagem, estacionamento desorganizado e com poucas vagas frente ao tamanho do hotel.Se vc chega tarde tem que colocar o carro lá no fundo do hotel e não tem nem calçada para caminhar de volta.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Iguazu Wasserfälle, den Itaipu Staudamm und den Parc des Aves zu entdecken. Es gab eine beheizten Pool (Winterzeit)

O hotel pra palhaço 🤡

Secador de cabelo não funcionou foi cobrado a mais do que o booking ofereceu a cama era duas de solteiro juntas e uma Hem péssima condições sem conforto nem um hotel péssimo pelo valor cobrado nada de fabuloso piscina não é aquecida e suja muito decepcionado 😡

Espetacular! Café da manhã maravilhoso (foi servido às 5h para que os participantes e familiares que foram para a Meia Maratona pudessem se alimentar antes da prova). Ano passado ficamos em um Resort e eles serviram pouquíssimas opções nesse horário, somente para atletas. Então nesse quesito, o Interludium deu de 10x0. ❤️ Atendimento impecável, o Lucas foi extremamente receptivo e prestativo, assim como a mocinha da manhã (esqueci de perguntar o nome). Funcionários felizes, bem treinados e bem dispostos. A área de lazer é uma delícia, piscinas, Jacuzzi e a trilha é um espetáculo a parte 🌳 Limpeza impecável nos apartamentos, enxoval e toalhas muito bons. Preços dos itens do frigobar, bar e restaurante super justos. Estacionamento gratuito. Enfim, muito melhor do que o esperado. Com certeza voltaremos e indicaremos!

O local maravilhoso, mas ar estava com defeito 1 noite sem dormir (muito barulho no ar) depois de insistir arrumaram. área de piscina muito sujo piso (encardido) o garçom do bar sempre ausente(tinha que esperar muito) não tinha ferro para passar uso no quarto.

Gostamos muito do local, atendimento recepção, ótimo café da manha. refeição a lá carte muito boa.

Clean

Staff was not helpful. Service was pathetic. Staff was non-responsive. Restaurant service was too bad. It is way away from any restaurant or stores. So you will be totally dependent on the property. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Una noche en un hotel... sin emosiones

Me gusto la cama, el sanitario, la ornamentacion solicitada (paquete romantico). El desayono.

El estacionamiento, la fila para el chek in, la cena muy basica, falta de mantenimiento del hotel en general. En la habitacion los aires no funcionaban bien, pilas bajas. No habia buena comunicacion con el personal de servicio, cocina sobre el paquete adquirido. Finalmente me parecio que pague muy caro para la calidad de servicio que recibi.

Pelo preço achava que seria muito melhor

Quarto até que era bom

Quando chegamos já nos decepcionamos com a frente do hotel que era pra ter agua caindo do telhado em uma fonte, mas estava tudo abandonado. A "varanda" é um quadrado de parede, horrível, os banheiros não eram muito bonitos, não tem tomadas do lado da cama, não tem tv smart, muitas áreas sujas e abandonadas, por exemplo em volta da piscina. Os garçons da área de refeições desatentos, precisávamos pedir 3, 4 vezes a mesma coisa até que trouxessem. O ar na área de refeições extremamente gelado, de forma que esfriava toda a comida, especialmente no café da manhã.

La propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada y mantenida. Todos los sectores estaban impecablemente limpios. Para destacar, el excelente desayuno y la atención de los Sres. Gustavo y William en el sector del comedor y Sr. Oscar en recepción.

Todo fue excelente, estamos muy conformes y agradecidos.

Very nice and new hotel!

Everything was great. A relatively new hotel in a quiet area, outside of the city. Due to the location you need a car or move around by taxi. It is a very nice and modern hotel. It well deserves to be a 4 star hotel.

The ambient perfume in the lobby was a bit too strong for me.

A bit expensive from what we get in return. Bedrooms are not soundproofed, you can easily hear other people’s noise. Poll area and bathrooms need a good detail cleaning.

room service was very bad, one day trash wasn’t taken didn’t clean the floor, we addressed the issue to them but had to wait for the next day; windows are too close to each other and we could hear noises from the other room ( stayed suíte 213) strong food smell every time we entered the hotel, the kitchen is located right in front entrance Hotel is far from center
