Superb

Did not see the owner or manager at check-in, which was a bit strange, or at any other time. We knew where we could get clean towels etc but otherwise we were left to our own devices - almost like having a private apartment.

Wonderful location

Fantastic location, very close to swimming beach and shops.

I found the bed uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the sofa. Problems with the bed - uncomfortably high, head lower than foot, overly soft.

Wedding week in Devonport

Locality, convenience to the wedding we were attending, comfortable. The owner and her sister were lovely to talk to.

Parking, we were lucky (especially as my partner is in a moonboot) but if anyone else had been staying there it would have been a problem; shower was burning hot when we tried to have one on our last morning, because the irrigation was also going for quite some time; cooktop kept setting the smoke alarm off when we cooked bacon. We stayed 6 nights, and had to raid the store shed for a change of towels, tea towel. We were only supplied with one hand towel. I don't like the fact that we are making these negative comments but they need mentioning

Very happy with the accommodation, nice quiet area but only a short walk to everything.

Great location close to the shops/cafes/theatre. Room very well appointed. AC made room very comfortable.

A lovely place in a charming suburb.

The location was great. We received a warm welcome from our host. The accommodation was fresh, smart and clean set in the private back garden.

There are a couple of suggestions re facilities. The internet connection was inadequate. It would have been helpful to have some local brochures and an indication of any servicing of the unit over a 5-day stay. 😊

Great facilities, very clean and the location was excellent.

The wifi wasn’t as strong as it could have been. It often fell out during the night

Exceptional

It was very convenient place. We enjoyed staying in Devonport. Very nice to visit. I left my shirts and the owner kindly asked her friend to deliver to my place. I was very happy. Thank you so much.

The unit was in a great position but too small as we had a lot of luggage

The unit was nicely decorated

We were unable to park next to our unit, which was surrounded by a hedge which after rain, made access very wet.
