Este fél 9 körül érve a szállásra szembesültünk azzal, hogy nincs szabad szoba. A foglalásunk törlése okán nem lettünk felhívva telefonon, amit a booking, vagy a tulaj is megtehetett volna. Előző szállásunkon nem volt net, mint kiderült a booking este 10 óra körül küldött üzenetet, amikor már a szálláson voltunk. Másnap több száz kilométert levezetve, iszonyat kimerülten szembesültünk a helyzettel, csak a véletlenen múlott, hogy találtunk a közelben másik szállást. A tulajtól semmi elnézést nem kaptunk, vagy együttérzést.......nagyon kínosan éreztük magunkat. Ezek után másnap azt kaptuk a rendszertől visszajelzésként, hogy mi nem jelentünk meg, ezért törölték a foglalásunkat. A booking csak a különbözetet és azt is majd "bónuszban" fizeti ki, a plussz kocsikázást éjjel nem.

Beautiful place with very hospitable owners. We were with two boys who enjoyed the swimming pool — a very safe place.

We had a good stay

The room was spacious, very clean and also had a balcony, the hosts were very friendly and waited as we got little late in arriving, as there was no parking off street close to the hotel they moved their car to make space for us which was highly appreciated. We had a very comfortable one night stay and would stay again if we are visiting that part of the world.

We were expecting the simple standard breakfast they offer in their bakery (croissant with juice and coffee) was 4 euro per person but we were charged 20 euro for a family of 4, perhaps the price increased to 5 euro around the time we stayed in July.

Good comfortable experience just for resting after a long drive

Amazing beds. Super friendly host. Access to their own bakery. Parking place by the street opposite to the casa.

No kitchen. Balcony view wasn’t great. Bathroom light times out automatically and it’s inconvenient.

The staff are adorable. The room is spacious ! The bakery is at the ground floor for breakfast (best milkshake ever !) (I would also recommend going to Gabry pizzeria, one of the best pizzas I had in Italy)

Everything was excellent. The room was extra clean, the hast just magnificent, the breakfast was great, staff super kind. Pastries in the bar were out of this world. Really putting the area on my map for the next visit due to this place and the staff! Great job!

Everything is just fine. very picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, staff very friendly, spacious room, everything works well, very clean air, delicious croissants :) Thank you very much for your hospitality!

it is convenient to get there only by car, buses have holes in the schedule

Very nice stay!

The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The place is very good in general. Cleaning is excellent. Location is great, 5min drive to Soave and 25min to Verona.

The mattress of the double bed is worn out and needs to be changed. {room 7}

Our stay was very nice.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was very helpful because the windows didn’t allow the circulation of the air in the room. Also the hosts were very friendly and polite.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and the rooms didn’t provide us with a fridge.
