On arrival, heating in the apratment was not on. Had to reach to the receptionist. Despite that the lady there was very kind and polite she came up with excuses and explanations and offer an extra blanket as a part of solution. Further on during my stay the heating was working properly. Just too much hassle after long journey and arrival to Poland, so Cracow. Paper thin walls, so after long day at work, not really a place to relax and rest. Wifi was disaster. Very poor internet reception even after repeatedly asked.

Location

When we checked in, we were put in apartment with dust everywhere and dirty oven, with broken handles in drawers. There was no wifi working. After addressing it to the host, we were told that they put us in wrong apartment by mistake, they apologised. Then we were moved to the other one which was smaller but more clean and cozy. Wifi was working in new apartment however had to call host again as tv wasn't working. At the end they fixed it. We stayed in different places in Krakow and can definitely say this place is not good value for money you pay

Good for couple of days, not for long stays

I had big light apartments, equipped with everything I need, not new, but pretty clean. Location is ok, a little bit away from center but the tram stop is 3 minutes away, zabka is 1 minute away, and big groceries are 7-10 minutes away.

The kitchen. No spatula, so it's almost impossible to cook something, even eggs. Dishes were dirty.

If we don't dwell on the little things, we liked it here

Quiet place. Transport is nearby. To the center 15 minutes. Clean, there is everything you need.

There is a strange smell at the entrance to the building. There is no salt, sugar or tea in the room. All brochures about Krakow are in Polish only.

It filled its purpose. And had big windows so the daylight was nice.

I didn like that during our stay (8days). We couldnt clean the room with anything. There was no equipment for that. The towels were not changed etc. The wifi was very bad.

A bit disappointed

The lady who acted as a host was really nice. Good price and quite quiet.

I know we are in covid period but the apartment was not cleaned. I had to buy supplies to make it descent for 10 days because nothing was left available. The kitchen utensils were still dirty (pan still had tomato-sauce), very little cutlery and glasses (even though could host 5 people). I was informed about the cleaning lady coming less often but when you step in you expect it to be done.

Recommended!

Apartment is functionally furnished and has everything you need for a few days: cooking utensils, towels,... it's located in a quiet area about an hour walk/ 30mins by train from krakow old town. Parking was easy to find at any time. My phone wouldnt connect with the WiFi but that coudlve been on me. Staff is very friendly and speaks very few english but we were able to converse Its the perfect place to explore krakow and the surrounding area (like a trip to zakopane)
