Great vacation on Sunny Beach

First of all thanks to Miraslava ( a main administrator) for concern, help and support! Very clear territory of the complex, plus closed from outsiders and guarded. Not big, but a cozy pool with sunbeds. There is a playground for children and an area for barbeque. We had not big, but nice and clear apartments with balconies and views on the pool and mountains. Everyday was cleaning. The sea is 10 minute by foot, but we preferred a pool. Very recommended for a quiet and calm vacation

Perfect place for your vacation

First of all the staff was very friendly, apartment clean, pool is clean as well and the location is perfect since it takes only 10 minutes of walking to get to the main street. There's also a 24/7 market just a few meters away from the hotel. You can leave the residence and come back whenever you want since the gate has a tag with which you open it. The cleaning staff comes every day to clean the room. The kitchen had everything it needed. There is also a washing machine as well as the iron for clothes. Overall excelent residence for its price and we loved it ❤️

The first day we arrived, we found ants in the room. The Air-conditioner is just above the bed so its not comfortable to lay in bed while it is working. The balcony is rather small for 3 people. The bed's mattress is rather uncomfortable for this luxury hotel.

the sofa-bed is not for 2 people . you hardly fit. pool needs more cleaning .

Perfect apartment

Great spot, exceeded expectation. Had the 2 bed apartment, lovely, spacious and clean, perfect for a family and great value. Pool was fabulous, nicely maintained and clean, with comfy seating. Close to amenities, restaurants and beach but quiet street and building. Especially was impressed with the daily cleaner, who did a fantastic job! Will be back next year!

WiFi in the suite didn’t work for a couple of nights, had to access in hallway and lobby, though in fairness I didn’t bring it up with mgmt as we were leaving and not that bothered

Just a minor thing - on reservation it said we would have washing machine in room - it wasnt.

The accomodation was very good. We enjoyed our staying ín this tidy hotel. It was close to everything, staff was friendly and helpful.,when we asked something they were always happy to serve us. The services and surraund of the hotel was very pleasant with comfortable rest places, chairs, sundecks. Pool area was amazing. The beach is ín 10 minutes walking distance. There are many reszaurants, bars and shop near to the hotel. It was a perfect holiday location.

It is a great place to stay i.e. for remote work. On the ground level there is a pool - usually with no people. You have your own kitchen in your room and large bathroom with wash machine. Place is in a quiet part of town with few quite good restaurants around. It is 10 min walk to the beach and promenade. Room service and clean up every day. Totally enjoyed staying there.

Wifi range is rather poor in a pool area.

Good contact with the owners of the building Who run the property. They made Sure we have all we needed. Good location and all the devices there. Pictures corresponding 100% to reality. Very comfortable beds and room setting.
