MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY IS 30 NIGHTS. LARGE & BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED w/1309 sq. ft. ENJOY PARK PLACE AND ALL IT'S AMENITIES! WI-FI AND CABLE INCLUDED! Guests are absolutely sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully-furnished condo with 9' and 10' ceilings. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and it's own private bath. There is a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom which has it's own full bath. The bedrooms are separated by the main living area making it ideal for two couples or a family with children. Beautiful den has a new high end queen-sized sleeper. The living area includes a 55" TV with Roku, cable and Wifi. Luxurious dining room table will seat at least eight people. Park Place is a resort-style, gated community with incredible amenities including a huge clubhouse, nice pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center, theater and walking trails. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. It borders Sun City Grand with excellent golf courses and dining. Don't let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. A good secure place to stay. An activity recreation area would be nice to have for activities, card playing, etc.,
The club house does have a good pool table and weight/exercise rooms.
Plenty of places nearby to eat, grocery shop, hair cuts and movie theaters.

Large condo in great location in gated community.
Location is perfect for shopping, golfing and exploring the area. Easy access to all necessary amenities.
Owners were quick to respond to any issues.
Large master bedroom with walk-in master bath and closet. Nice clubhouse with outdoor pool, hot tub and bbq.
Would definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

I would recommend this place. Owners communicated well, attended to any of our needs or questions quickly. Unit has everything you would need and is very comfortable. Location is close grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. Very happy with our stay!

This is a wonderfully quiet and safe home away from home! Beautiful condo with a tasteful old world decor. Super comfy in every way! This was such a beautiful condo that was recently remolded . The furniture selection was absolutely beautiful and very comfy .
The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo was very clean and well organized . Sue and Mike were excellent host. Very responsive to calls and text messages . They definitely made my 3 month stay in Arizona wonderful . This was the second condo that I rented from them while in Arizona . Thank you again Sue and Mike !!

Excellent find!
Walking into the condo in was a pleasant surprise! It is much roomier than I anticipated from the photos. It was a very comfortable home away from home for our stay. Communication with owner was excellent, the location was great (seemed like we were a half hour from Wickenburg, a half hour from Anthem, a half hour from Estrella Park). The neighbors were friendly (and quiet). We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Sue!

This property was very nice! The pool being closed due to COVID-19 was disappointing (no fault of the owner). The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. We had a nice stay!

My wife and I had a very good experience at Mike and Sue's condo at Park Place during the month of January, 2020. The location was ideal for us and their condo was lovely.

November in Surprise
Spent the month of November at Mike and Sue's condo in Park Place, Surprise. The unit was as advertised within a well maintained gated community with pool and hot tub. Location was excellent with shopping and golf nearby. The unit is large with a nice king bed and large balcony. Would not hesitate to another visit.

My husband and our two children stayed in this condo for about 2 months after our home sold and we were waiting for our new house to be finished. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, great amenities and great location. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and were thrilled to be swimming in November and my husband and I enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!
