'Appartement François' is sunny, bright and airy. The classical windows in all rooms face onto either the sunny terrace or the very private 14th century limestone atrium.

The apartment has a particularly spacious feel being on one level with high ceilings throughout and exposed beams in the dining area. Light floods into all rooms through high windows reaching almost to the ceiling. It has been redecorated in a contemporary style with quality modern appliances and technology.
The living area is open plan with a lounge dining area. The sitting area has two sofas, an ottoman, a coffee table, an LCD flat screen TV, a sound system and a DVD player. Free fibre optic WIFI is available; and a writing desk is also available to use. The adjoining dining area has a table and six chairs. This area opens out directly onto the sunny, south facing terrace garden through large arched glazed doors. The ¾ metre thick limestone walls of the old building can be appreciated here and through the adjacent kitchen window overlooking the terrace.
The garden terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and a modern barbeque. There are also two deck chairs available to use. A large extendable canvas canopy provides exactly the required amount of shade, and potted citrus trees and Mediterranean plants surround the terracotta tiled floor. The terrace is very private and set back from the street overlooking a cobbled courtyard off rue François Oustrin. It is not easily visible from the street or surrounding buildings making the apartment and terrace also very quiet. An extendable clothes line is located on the terrace, but well hidden.
The kitchen is well equipped with a sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual small appliances. You will appreciate the generous supply of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The large main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The room has two beautiful high classical windows overlooking the 14th century atrium. A well appointed en-suite complete with two basins and a bath/shower adjoins the bedroom.
There is a separate shower room with sink as well as a water closet. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.
The second bedroom contains two single beds. It has bedside tables with lamps and room to hang your clothes. This room has two large classical windows overlooking the private atrium and is across the hall from the shower room and toilet. The bedrooms are quite separate and private.
There is an air conditioner in the apartment as well as stationary fans for each bedroom.

Parking is not a problem at Appartement François as there are 2 carparks very near. A reasonably priced 'pay' carpark is at the end of the street, only steps away; and a huge 'free' carpark is located nearby. The bus station is a short walk away.

A beautiful apartment, positioned perfectly in the centre of the historic area of Pezanas. I loved everything about it. Plenty of space, gorgeous little terrace with plenty of fresh herbs for cooking and comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything you would need if you wanted to cook; but with so many restaurants seconds away from the apartment, who wants to cook while on holiday.
Thanks Sandra for sharing your lovely little hideaway in Pezanas. It's simply perfect!

Beautiful Apartment in a Charming Town
We, two women d'un certain âge, very much enjoyed our stay at Appartment François. It is beautifully appointed, spacious, and very comfortable to live in. Each of us had her own space to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The A/C is a real plus; we used it briefly a couple of times but can imagine how important it would be in the middle of summer. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough for a number of cooks! Sandra was so helpful with lots of suggestions and information before our trip, and there were directions in the apartment for the washer, dishwasher, etc. A couple of rainy nights we watched movies from her supply of DVDs. It truly felt like a "home away from home". Nothing but the best to say about the apartment and its location in the old town!
Pézenas is a wonderful little town, and we loved exploring the rabbit warren of streets with their beautiful buildings, shops, etc. We did not have a car so were dependent upon public transportation and took the bus a couple of times to nearby towns, including a visit to the sea with a pot of delicious mussels for lunch.
A big thank you to Sandra for our great séjour in Pézenas!

Muchas gracias Sandra¡¡

Perfect place to enjoy a very characterful and beautiful town.
Pezenas is a hidden treasure. A stunning town. The flat was right at the heart of it all and so comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. Just perfect for us. Lots and lots of generous touches and thoughtfulness. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful week!

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location!
I truly can't rave enough about this adorable apartment! Sandra and her husband are clearly incredibly thoughtful people, because they have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay super special. Not only is the apartment situated on an incredible street in the town's historical center, but the apartment itself is clean and bright and full of everything you need to have a wonderful vacation/holiday. Our family of four felt very pampered there and were able to explore not only lovely Pezanas, but many other magical villages and historically significant sites which were close by. Only problem... 8 nights was not enough!! We'll definitely be back and look forward to more adventures!

Amazing flat - highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely flat in the heart of Pezenas. The flat is spacious, bright and very comfortable. It was larger than I imagined and it gave us a perfect space to spread out after our days touring around the area. We found it was very clean, well decorated, very well equipped and we felt very comfortable.
The flat is located in a pedestrian only section of town, in the heart of beautiful little shops, art galleries, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We made great use of the air conditioning and the lovely patio, where we used the BBQ and had late evening drinks.
Access via car is a little tricky, but parking is plentiful and easy, once we got our bearings. We used the Voltaire lot, only 5 minute walk from the flat. Sandra provided excellent detailed instructions to guide us through this. We arrived right before Bastille day so the roads around the flat were closed to traffic. Even still, we managed to unload our car at the end of the street and we rolled our cases down the pedestrian-only road to the flat, about 3 doors down. The girl at the ice cream store even offered to watch our things as we moved back and forth!
The hosts were fantastic to deal with - Sandra provided great instructions and trip recommendations, always quick to respond and we really felt like our enjoyment of our trip and the flat were very important to our hosts. Sandra even provided access to toys and baby cot, which made our toddler feel right at home!
We highly recommend this lovely flat!
