The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Check in was good although the condo itself was not very impressive. We fully expected a basic unit but we didn't expect what we got. This unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom area was in rough shape. Trim work was looking worn out. Mold issues from what I could tell. It just needed some work. We had to capture and dispose of 5 cockroaches and countless little bugs dispite the spraying that supposedly took place while we were there. We had a great family vacation but the unit could definitely had been better. I am not one to complain either, just figured you guys would want to know.

Bath tub is soft bottom I guess dryrotunder. rusted fixtures. back slider very dirtyhad to buy lube to loosen it up. the managementasked if we wanted to move but we had a budget.We have stayed at 5 different units on the westand east through out the years and have never run into this before. Very disappointed

Very convenient and easy check in and out. The only comaint I would have is coming into the gate on the first day. It was very confusing and the code that were given to me didn't work. Once you got in it was very easy using the fob that were in our room. The room were very clean and everything you need was there, very nice room and beautiful view.

In the past, I have always written positive feedback after receiving numerous outstanding services but in this case, I will enumerate details about this rental and the horrible customer service we received during this visit. After arriving at the rental after catching a red eye flight,my family was looking forward to spending a restful night. To our surprise, we were unfortunately greeted with an awful odor almost like a mold scent.We checked out the kitchen and noticed that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. We discovered the microwave was stained from old food and looked like it had not been cleaned at all.We walked to our room and at first glance, the sheets looked like they had not been changed and washed at all. The whole bathroom did not look like it had been scrubbed or disinfected.We knew instantly that the housekeeping team didn't thoroughly clean the place because they did not provide any towels or toiletries to the guests. There was dust everywhere and came across cockroaches crawling up the wall! My son Noah has terrible asthma and the quality of air was unbreathable and ended up sleeping with our KN95 masks on and on top of the bed. We were just afraid to find out what would be underneath the bed sheet. The next morning, we called the office and informed the state of our rental. The receptionist said she would pass on the information to the housekeeping manager and would do a walk through to check out the rental. We didn't hear back until we called the next day and unfortunately, the housekeeping manager stated there was no problem at all and the rental was in perfect condition. The manager said that she would not be able to accommodate a different rental, reimburse us at all and not be able to return our refundable security deposit. The rental was just in terrible shape, we weren't able to use any amenities , water sink... etc I am prepared to file a formal complaint to

As expected. Little dated unit but good location. Bed sheets could've been tighter (less wrinkles) but soft sheets are nice. They said they were going to change the AC unit to a quieter model. A plus! Quiet spot to unwind a little is always a good thing. Recommended Cable TV instructions for us old guys.(bigger TV?) Mahalo.

We did a weekend stay vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Very relaxing, a lot to do, bars and restaurants. Our favorite spot isLea Lea's for their prime rib. Everyone at the resort is very friendly. The unit we stayed was wonderful!

Great location in complex and great value compared to other units we have stayed at. Property managers were excellent and friendly and let us reschedule due to hurricane Lane. Could use a little TLC but again, good bang for the buck. Louvered closet doors could use a wipe down with dirt build up but clean otherwise.

We stayed for 10 days. Way cheaper than a hotel and we saved on being able to make food at the condo. For us this place was perfect. Nice view from the living room spacious enough for the 2 of us to be comfortable. If you're coming here looking for a palace I would look elsewhere. This is a basic 1 bed, 1 bath, small living room, and kitchen condo. The TV was small but we never were going to use it anyway, we're in Hawaii, we can watch TV at home. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo because well, we were in Hawaii enjoying everything Hawaii has to offer. If you're looking for a cheap place to leave your luggage and sleep at night this is definitely the place. It was clean, in need of a few updates to cabinets and such but we're easy to please and again, were just looking for somewhere to sleep at night. Thank you and this will probably be the place we'll try to book next time too!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay in the condo. But there are several things needing updating, like the rusty fridge, shorting stove element, patio doors + screens, just to name a few. When I asked the staff about the poor condition of our unit, they responded with the owners do not want to spend any money on these units. If that is the case, the unit should be removed from the rental pool.
