She really was a fantastic host and I would happily stay there again or recommend her to anyone.

Host herself and unlocked the apartment, showed me around and also supplied a wonderful variety of breakfast options ( fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and an assortment of cereals, jams and spreads). The place was clean and the linen and bed was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect for us, a modern apartment with exceptional see view,, with all facilities needed, and variety of breakfast choices. The home made cookies were delicious. We also enjoyed the morning walks along the beach, and the local fish and chips shop has best ever fish and kumara chips.

Excellent place to stay.

The location was superb, with an easy run into the city. The breakfast was amazingly healthy with a range of choices. It was quiet anfd totally relaxing, great to come home to.

Tough question. Perhaps a white sandy beach instead of the rocky one!!

Just excellent experience, great hosts

Excellent breakfast, choice of 3 cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread and really nice home made chocolate chip cookies

Smart TV might have been handy then I could have watched rugby via SkyGo app but not a biggie

A perfect place to relax on the deck and enjoy the sea view with a continental breakfast included.

The location of the apartment was on a point above the beach at Plimmerton, so there was a perfect view out to sea of Mana Island with a wonderful sunset when I arrived on Friday evening.

Wonderful sea view, watched the yachting from the deck, sunset, and breathed in the fresh sea air. Very tasteful decor very comfortable relaxed, could easily live there. Plenty of good breakfast. Perfect location.

Needed more milk as we were there 3 days.

I will look to stay here again when visiting the area next time!

Breakfast was everything that we could have wanted. The apartment was perfectly fitted out, nothing had been overlooked. Owner even provided us with some home baking! Great views. Very comfortable in all respects!

OK so it was a little difficult driving into the unit, but that was nothing!

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again - the host was very friendly - highly recommended.

It has an amazing view over the sea and is very peaceful.

Driveway is a little narrow and only suitable for a smaller car but the amazing location and view makes up for that.

This apartment was outstanding in every way from the amazing view, the super comfortable bed and the great breakfast, not to mention the home baking!! It was extremely clean, cozy and warm on a chilly weekend. I would def recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Dirty windows. Bed a bit small. Outdoor table would have been nice. Outdoor bath or spa would’ve been perfect

A beautiful place, stunning views, and a gracious hostess.

The apartment was first class with a location up on a hill above the sea. The views were simply stunning. The breakfast provided was excellent. All in all the apartment was exceptional

There was a construction site next door and the builders started before 7.30 a.m. using nail guns and high pitched tools. It wasn't something we expected to experience when booking. To be fair, Rachel gave us a significant refund when we expressed our disappointment at the noise and not being aware that this was happening. We would certainly return once the construction job is completed as it is a superb place.

Welcoming, exceptional location and views, warm, comfortable, exceeded all expectations.

Owners, location, ease, proximity to Plimmerton (easy walk), Brilliant views, looking straight into the sea. The apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet, the attention to detail was great, the shower and bed where perfect.

Everything was perfect.
