This house was perfect for our group of 6. The rental company was easy to work with and helpful when checking in. The property was clean and well kept. Communal spaces both inside and out kept us having fun as a group. The thing that really exceeded our expectations was how well this space was stocked with VERY NICE beach supplies. Tommy Bahama backpack chairs made it easy to go to the beach. Umbrellas, cooler, wagon, noodles and odds and ends were all greatly appreciated. Many times at our past rentals the beach equipment if available was beat up and may give you Tetanus.

We loved staying in this home. The layout was perfect for two families to have their own space! The home was very clean and just as pictured. The walk to the beach and many restaurants was quick and easy. The storage closet outside had everything we needed for a beach day, including a wagon, umbrellas, chairs and toys! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a rental home on Marco Island!

Enjoyed our stay here and would return. The house beside it us currently being built, so there was some construction noise. But it didn't start until 8am on week days and was minimal. Great proximity to the beach and very nice beach equipment.

Excellent property to spend a few days relaxing with the family. The house is very well equipped, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it has a very good location just a few minutes walk from the beach. Of course I would return and recommend it so that other families live the experience.

We had absolutely perfect weather in Marco Island from Dec 10 -17 on our vacation and that made for a perfect family getaway. Glad to see Marco weathered the hurricane pretty well and is back open for business. 2nd year we stayed at the house on Swan Dr. and it was great. Pool was 88 degrees and we were in it every day. Got to walk the area and see some beautiful Christmas light displays. Ate some great food, as always (missed the Snook Inn, as they are remodeling/rebuilding). Can't wait to come back in December 2023.

We had a great two weeks staying on Swan drive! The house was a perfect size for our family of four and it had everything we could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked or grilled many meals. When we wanted to head to the beach it was a short walk and they provided chairs, a beach buggy and a cooler. The pool was so warm we were able to swim on cooler nights, it was warmer in the pool then out! Working with Marco Island Vacation Properties was so easy and they were very attentive to any needs we had. Thank you for everything!

Great experience. Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole experience from check in to check out. Communication was first class and timely, the property was clean and well kept. The only opportunity was some slight maintenance is needed on a few of the boards on the back deck. Outside of that is was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy, and there were lots of beach items for use in the storage next to the pool. Definitely would consider coming back and renting the same place!

Our group of 7 had an absolutely amazing time in paradise. The house was perfect! Every thing we needed was accounted for. From the gas grill poolside, to the very comfortable beds. The walk to South Beach was quick and easy too. We all loved it and plan on booking it again for a return trip in the near future!

This was the best vacation my family of 7 has ever taken! We were pleasantly surprised of how clean and well stocked everything was for our stay. The home was well accommodated for our large family. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We were travelling for the first time with small children and she was very helpful. She helped us to rent high chairs and cribs for the children which was one of our concerns. We were a total of 4 adults and 3 small children and the house was a perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more. We loved that there were carts and beach supplies available for use. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood minutes away from the beach(less than a 10 minute walk) and a short drive to restaurants, stores and pharmacies. I highly recommend this property and the team renting the home! Thank you for helping to make our vacation a huge success!

I stayed at this rental on spring break with my family of 6 for a week, and we had a great experience! The house was immaculate and in great conditions, and it was a wonderful location! We were walking distance to the public south beach, which we realized once we arrived that is a HUGE perk. We also greatly enjoyed the pool as nice break from the ocean during the hottest part of the day, and during an evening swim. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We were 1 of 2 families that rented the house which we thought was very close to the beach. We walked every to the beach every morning and walked home every evening. The house was equipped with several beach towels, pool floaties(we bought 2 to leave there), beach chairs and wagons to transport all of the beach stuff. The house was very roomy for the 6 of us( 4 adults, 2 kids). It was great having the washer/dryer accessible. The pool was beautiful but we needed to clean it ourselves daily since there was no cage to cover it. The management company was very thorough and would send emails/texts with updates, which was nice. Some things that could be improved would be the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the house. Mostly the bathrooms and kitchen. It would have been nice to have the toiletries supplied as well as some papertowels for the kitchen.

This house is adorable and a fantastic location! The pool and back yard area is perfect for relaxing during the day. It is a 5 min walk to the beach. Plan on buying toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. The house is stocked with very few of these items and it doesn’t last a whole week. My only complaint is this house could definitely use new pillows. Plan to bring your own if you can. We would definitely return to this property! The location was perfect!
