Freundlich, ruhig und zentral. Leider nichts für Senioren.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage. Allergikerfreundlich. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gutes Internet.

Zwei sehr schmale Klappbetten, für ältere Leute mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet. Der Wohnraum war ziemlich kalt, das Bad dagegen gut beheizt. Aus der Dusche kam nur zeitweise warmes Wasser.

Amazing holiday

Excellent location, with shops, bars, restaurants, park and town centre, all nearby. Lovely apartment with terrace. Will stay there again.

It stated that pets were not allowed, but we did have a dog in the neighbouring apartment, that barked early morning time

Excellent customer service.

Located close to the TU Darmstadt, restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance. Bus station at 100mts. Great customer service, Rene and his team were always available (1 min away as he says as they live in the same building) and willing to help with any requests. Independent and full equipped apartments with terrace are great. Code check-in was smooth.

Nice apartment for a family or group of friends! Near the Matildenhoehe!

They brought us fans to help with the high heat and fixed the smoke detector which chirped the first night! Coin-operated laundry in the basement was really helpful!

Be sure to let potential guests know that apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, much more difficult for seniors!

Clean, practical and very comfortable apartment to live in Darmstadt like a local.

The apartment is super clean, and at a very convenient location in Darmstadt, close to a bus stop and walking distance from the University and downtown. There are also supermarkets within walking distance, so it is very easy to prepare meals. The owners were super friendly and solved all my questions immediately.

I find it very hard to sleep on German giant feather pillows. I would have preferred smaller, firmer foam pillows (international standard) and firmer beds, but this is only my preference and not a deal breaker.

Nice cosy apartments not far from the centre of Darmstadt

Cleanliness. Not far from the centre of the city. All required facilities are present. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Not so fast internet from time to time. Heating doesn't provide comfortable level of heat by morning with all controls set to the highest level.

I saw what I wanted to see but it would have been more pleasant with HEAT and a bit of style.

The location was excellent but...

It could have had HEAT...the apartment was without heat and it was 8° during the night and often a rainy 15° during the day. The apartment has possibilities but it looks sterile. The dishes and silverware are odds and ends; there was no dish towel so I dried the dishes with the paper towels. It would be helpful to have some tourist information because it left me with the impression that this apartment is not for tourists but tradesmen.

The location is great - close to the center and sightseeings, there are a lot of different stores nearby. Instructions from the host concerning electronic keys were very clear, and I did not care about carrying keys with me. Contactless check-in was very easy. The apartment was large, everything was clean, the room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

When I entered the room, even with the window open there was a bad smell, but it wasn't that bad. Everything else was fine, the apartment completely values the price.

Brilliant stay-would highly recommend!

The location was outstanding-walking distance to city centre, several restaurants and shops. The apartments were spacious, equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay and there are also laundry facilities on site. The owner René was amazing: he was very responsive, approachable and always friendly. He wanted to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. Excellent host!

The apartment is opposite a busy student pub, which our 18 year old son absolutely loved, however, it can get noisy and the pub usually closes at 4am. In saying that, when the roller shutters are down and the windows closed, you don’t hear a thing.

Easy access, well-located apartments in Darmstadt

My husband and I travelled with our two adult children and therefore had to rent two apartments, each with 2 beds. We loved the touchless, door code entry system. Both apartments were well supplied with kitchen needs and beds were comfortable. The property manager, Herr Bach, was kind and helpful and very available if needed. The location near the city center is perfect and an easy distance to walk. Public transportation is also very near.

I was disappointed about one thing: the laundry facilities. The booking.com listing for this property lists a washer as an amenity. Usually that means there is a washing machine located inside the apartment itself, that is then free for the guest to use. Here at the Apartment in Innenstadtnähe there are several washing machines as well as clothes dryers for guests to use located in the basement. That doesn't bother me, but the fact that they were coin-operated did. Having to pay to do my laundry is not an amenity. And the clothes dryers were terrible - after pumping in coin after coin for 4 hours the clothes still were not dry. (I can speak and read German, so yes, I was operating the machine correctly.) Very frustrating.
