It was enjoyable and I would stay at Joe's apartment again.

The apartment was roomy. Joe was considerate. Basically centrally located.

A smell appeared in a few mornings. Joe said he will look into the source of the smell.

Nice Stay.

Mr Joe is very helpful and give us all instructions that we need. The location is the best part. It’s close to the airport, close to the beach’s. And have an amazing place to eat at night that closes 1am. Joe apartment is really nice, we felt like home.

I just think should have a stove in the house, so we can make Coffee’s anytime.

It was quite convenient and I’d stay again.

Close to airport —-window unit did a great job cooling the bedroom

Bed only had a top sheet. No bedspread or blankets no stove

Overall the stay for me was fine!!

It is such a quick trip to the airport!! There is a padlocked gate so you feel safe in the apartment. The window unit kept the bedroom cool. That was very nice.

No air in the main living area, no stove but a microwave. Very limited on dishes if you were going to stay several days. Decor was limited. Only a top sheet for the bed.

Great place to stay if you need to reach airport. There are some amazing places to eat just a few minutes away by foot. All in all great place to stay for a couple of nights!

It was pretty noisy at night with dogs and roosters.

Joe was excellent and provided excellent service and accomodation...the place had no bugs or insects yes its not fancy for the money...it's not a 4 or 5 star will all amenities and not a 2 or 3 star with bugs and insects its above a 3 star decent comfortable quite place with microwave and fridge and AC. Its a place to lay your head that's it. You go out and enjoy your trip. It's secured as well I felt safe throughout my whole stay. That simple hope this helps Joe and all that need Joe help while in puertorico.

Great host and location!

It was 6 minutes to the airport, but not overly noisy. Very convenient. There was no power due to an island wide power outage, and our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a generator for everything we needed. He was very hospitable and quick to communicate.

The front gate lock which goes to the entrance to the front door, requires a key to get into or out of the apartment.

Jose was super accommodating and even let us stay an extra night at the last minute. We really appreciated the location and while the place is basic, that’s all we needed and wanted so it met our expectations!
