Very good apartment, well equipped kitchen and good sized living areas on 29th floor. Complex is great with gym and outdoor pools. Great location across from beach and close to shops,cafes,tram.We had trouble with the wifi when we checked in but the property managerment were very prompt to sort it out for us. We

The view gets 5 stars. It takes your breath away the moment you walk in the apartment. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the waves and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The location is perfect. A few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The building itself is quite old, and the apartment is rather dated, with tired furnishings/decor. It very much reminded me of my grandmother’s apartment in her retirement community in Florida. That said, the place was a good deal for the price and location. My only gripe is this: it seems very odd to NOT provide beach/pool towels, for a property located right on the beach, with a very nice pool just downstairs. What are travelers supposed to do, pack a beach towel in their luggage? It would be very cheap and easy for the owners to provide a couple of beach towels, and the guests would appreciate it very much.

This unit is in a very good location across from the beach and within walking distance of a number of good choices for meals. It’s also in close proximity to the other beach towns that make up the Gold Coast. We found the unit a bit spare and dated, but probably in keeping with the relative nightly rates. Certainly not on the luxury side of things. One troubling thing was the presence of mold and / or mildew showing in the AC units as well as in the showers. Cleanliness issue for sure. There was also a lot of dust collected in the ceiling vents.

The stunning view from this property really is incredible. Just the right size for my sister and myself, plus it was spotlessly clean , very comfortable and in a perfect position . The only difficulty was that we really struggled with the induction cooktop! An instruction manual would be helpful.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. We loved that it was so close to everything, with walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and of course the beach . Our rooms were clean and very comfy. We'd definitely stay here again

This property was simply spectacular. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The location was in walking distance of beach, supermarkets, public transport, Cavill Ave and much, much more. It was so clean and tidy, well appointed with everything from iron, hairdryer, platters and cooking equipment. We loved every single thing to do with this property. Thanks so much for having us. We will be back. PS. loved watching the whales breach from the balcony.

Loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Check in process was easy and it was a great location. The construction in the car park made it a bit difficult but overall it was a great stay. Would stay here again!

Great location located within walking distance to all major attractions/shops on Cavill Avenue. Fabulously appointed apartment with everything you could possibly want and need for relaxing time. Tip if you into Italian food try Nicolini's Restaurant literally it's only a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment

Easy booking process, the online pics did not disappoint when we got into the apartment - felt like we were out over the ocean. After working at home for a few months the views were very relaxing for our minds and the heated outdoor pool was a welcome surprise. Great spot for families - directly across from beach, multiple pools in complex, tennis court and playground.

Brilliant property, located next to everything. Walked everywhere. Belinda the property agent was very helpful checking us in on a Sunday at short notice and understanding when we had to cut short our leave due to the current pandemic. The unit was clean and the facilities were well maintained. Enjoyed our regrettably short stay on the beautiful Gold Coast.
