I was expecting more from this hotel but I hope they organise evething in future.

Staff were super helpful & kind.

The property really needs to be renovate most of the things . My room Curtains were damaged, shower was not working properly.

Waste of money

only the swiming pool is good apart from it nothing. wifi doesn't work 1-5mbps speed no mobile network was there they have a big size tv but its a local brand no sound quality no picture quality

There is no elevator .You have to take your luggage to 4th floor by stairs from your own. lots of sunlight came inside the room and the ac don't work properly

you need to know that when you arrive at the hotel and pay with a credit card, you have to pay commission +7 % service is very bad and if you have problem you can not contact with manager.

Staff didn’t let us check in early even for 10 minutes

Property is nice and beachfront and I stayed in with private pool. Private pool is amazing!

Not a lot ..felt very unsafe the first night door wouldn't lock properly..was moved on the second night to a room with no view

The room was not as advertised was half the size of the photos ...air conditioning was horrendous ...the noise was unbearable from the road ..paid for 3 weeks walked away after 1 week booked another hotel x no pavements on a very busy road ..definitely not for the faint hearted ... so disappointing 😞

Definitely will not recommend to go there unless there is a huge change in the administration and renovation.

The location and we came here 10years ago for our honeymoon.

the rooms have deteriorated. the staff wasn’t helpful. there is rustiness found. pillows were not new no tissues in the room. no phone in the room. staff was rude knocking on door to clean and when we didn’t answer opened the door and woke us.

I like that the location is convenient and has halal food nearby.

Climbing up to 4th floor room every time I come back to my room is quite uneasy especially myself with some disabilities

The view is great

There is no lift for the property. And there is no credit card payment service as well. Therefore, there are quite inconvenient
