Very good

Good service, helpful staff, great location, rooms are clean, delicious and quality breakfast. Hot water available in bathroom always which is important in a cold place like Munnar.

These are not complaints, but suggestions. The parking lot can be little near to the lobby or cottages, it's too far especially when it rains. They could have included more English breakfast items, as most of the servings are South Indian dishes, which is of super quality and delicious. Little expensive compared to other hotels.

Breakfast is good.Nice gardens.Visited after 10 years. Good maintenance.

Breakfast not comprehensive. Not much Pastries, Desserts. Housekeeping could have been more attentive.

If anyone is planning to come and visit at Munnar , please stay at Tea County ..none other place..it's campus of 8 acres with more than 60 rooms offers you silent pleasant stay in nature lap , Nilgiris Misty Mountains ⛰️ Breathtaking View and such diversified nature floura and fauna and beautiful variety flowers for any nature lovers ❤️

Location, beautiful scenery from room and facility.

Toilets at reception area are very old and not very clean. They are using unacceptably smelling cleaning lotion and mostly the floors are wet. No notice of caution about the wet floor.

Hospitality was awesome. Good View, sensible staff and good food. Just one km away from the center of the town, yet has some mind blowing views from the stay. Room was in very clean during the time of check in.

Enjoyment @ Tea County Munnar

The property was excellent. It is on the main city of Munnar. Easy to access all tourism attractions at Munnar. The food provided was awesome. But they can have a small battery car to enable aged persons to commute between room,reception and dinning. Also a lift may be provided from reception to dining hall
