Decent stay but price was bit high

Nice location, have plenty of parking, rooms are ok but Mosquito issues. Staff are helpful.

Good stay , go for it!!

The property was near to the temple (~1.5 kms from meenakshi temple). The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and comfortable.

Bad experience.

Location was good as it is near to Meenakshi temple.

We booked triplet room, but room is not spacious enough for three persons. Also they refused to provide blanket for third person. Room is ful of mosquitoes.

Budget hotel and value for money

Even there is no restaurant in hotel we can get good food in reasonable price nearby sabaris

Bathroom mat not good, bed sheet not neat and clean, mosquitoes trouble in all areas even in reception. But it is value for money. Ok for a day stay

Good location. Water flow was good. Goo view from the room. Friendly staff.

The room was too small. The bed occupied most of the space. No bathroom tissue. Towels were not clean.

Its not at all good experience with this Arul muthu Residency . Pathetic condition of rooms . Bed spreads are not cleaned . Bathroom fittings are repaired . Hot water not coming . Simple saying its not a hotel . Its just a local lodge .

On the whole it was clean.

Value for money. Would have been better if the A/C remote was good. ALso,it would be have been more comfortable if the bed size is big to accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid.

Wardrobe and Luggage holder just opposite to the restroom.
