- la ubicación peligrosa y en frente un motel - en el baño no se puede mover ni sentarse por el inodoro por falta de espacio. - cama demasiado suave, uno se cae por los lados

Nooit weer.

Het personeel hielp met het regelen van taxi’s naar de carnaval. Verder was eigenlijk alles beneden verwachting.

We kwamen na een late vlucht laat aan dus waren blij toen we eindelijk naar bed konden. Bleek het bed enorm hard te zijn, maar toch een poging tot slapen. Toen we net goed en wel sliepen rond 1:00 werd er op de deur geklopt. Het bleek iemand van het personeel samen met een andere (ogenschijnlijk dronken) gast, die vervolgens op ons bed neerplofte en een nachtkastje open trok om haar telefoon eruit te halen (die had ze laten liggen?). Vervolgens gingen ze beiden weg en we hebben hier niks meer over gehoord. Niet eens een excuus bij het uitchecken. We mochten de twee flesjes water gewoon nog afrekenen toen we een dag eerder uitcheckten omdat het bed zo hard was dat mijn rug er niet meer op kon liggen. Erg teleurstellend verblijf. Alles is verouderd en basic is prima, maar dit is benedenmaats en al helemaal geen 8,3 waard op booking, wat meestal wel te vertrouwen is. Niet doen dus!

ARNAQUE, à fuir au moment du Carnaval

Nous avons tout detesté !

Les photos sont trompeuses ! Chambre ridiculement petite et sdb microscopique, impossible de poser ses affaires. Pas d'eau chaude. Pas d'internet. Le service est désagréable et mal-aimable même quand vous faites l'effort de parler en espagnol Petit déjeuner servi à partir de 8h dans une salle type cantine avec des bons de rationnement. Au moment du Carnaval c'est une vraie arnaque 150 euros la chambre qui mérite peut-être 30 euros en temps normal. Quartier sans aucun intérêt où il est impossible de se restaurer...

Almost perfect

The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. A nice rest for one night

The bathroom in my room was too small. When you sit on the toilet you have to sit sideways because if you sit front facing, you can't get your legs in between the toilet and the wall. Also the sink is very close to the door so the door doesn't open fully and it's just a bit of a tight squeeze.

La ubicación es un poco peligrosa de noche y pues viajábamos en moto 🏍️ y no sabíamos que en esa zona no se podía transitar con moto 🥺😔

Room was clean

Staff were soo unhelpful and rude. 1. Didn't give us the WiFi code. We had to give them each appliance so they could type it in. 2. Asked for a plate from the kitchen after being advised by reception and told by kitchen staff we weren't allowed 3. Breakfast staff just rude 4. Room very small

To pricy for what you get with an east european charme before the wall fell down.

Poorly made and unhealthy products for breakfast. Perfect for meat, fat abd sugar lovers.

One lady at the front desk was unfriendly. Rooms are tiny and noisy.

The staff was friendly and it was clean.

1. IT DOESN'T HAVE HOT WATER. 2. It's not a tourist or business trip hotel, it's the kind of place that young couples go to have sex and leave. 3. Location is awful, nothing nearby to get food at night or go for a walk. 4. Neighborhood is full of garbage.

Clean, small room with Ac.

Small room with bed 🛌.

I liked the staff, it was not too well located but not dangerous, the room was very small however, they were clean wich is very important for me. It a good option for just bed and breakfast. The Ac works perfectly, not weird smells all good 👍 Thanks for having us.

Very good

Friendly and helpful staff in a good and central location. Room was clean and comfortable. There is gymnasium and a roof top with great views of the city. Breakfast was tasty and good.

The free breakfast was ok but would have been better if they offered what was on the menu instead of limited items.

Some of the staff were great. But the night staff specifically a young female staffer seemed to have problems with opening the door for me when I returned after 12am. I would often have to knock on the window and finally she would come and let me in as if she had just woken up her self. I wondered why the lobby lights were off when I returned after 12am.
