About this house rental
4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!
The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.
The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.
There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun!
To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.

We (family of 4 with children aged 12 and 10) have just returned from a great holiday in Florida staying at this villa in Crescent Lakes.
The villa itself is your 'standard' large property in Florida with 4 bedrooms and pool etc but what really sets it apart is the owner (Maria), how clean it was, the little touches and extra things included that you don't expect and the peaceful location and setting.
The location of the property is a little way out of the busy part of Kissimmee / Disney area but for us that was nice as when we were at the house (not often as most of the time we were at the parks!) we felt we could relax and it was quiet. The property is also not overlooked at all - you have 2 neighbours but they are a good distance away and kind of face a slightly different direction so you have good privacy when in the pool at home. The lake is also lovely to look at and my son was fascinated that there was a real alligator in there which we saw a couple of times!
In terms of the villa itself; as I mentioned above it's of 'standard' design but the reason for the great review and rating is that it is spotlessly clean, there are loads of thoughtful touches like night lights in some sockets, non-perishable food like coffee has been left so you can use it and there is everything you need in terms of cooking / utensils etc plus the host is friendly and helpful but not obtrusive.
Journey times to Disney are about 35 mins and Universal 45 mins but easy enough.

We enjoyed this property so much! The master bed was comfortable which was a pleasant surprise because it’s hard to find a vacation rental with comfortable beds. The house was well stocked and because of that we didn’t have to buy much. My children loved the pool and my wife and I loved the hot tub after a long day in the gym at a volleyball tournament. Marie was quick to respond to any questions. I caught a couple bass in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend property!

The communication was great with Maria. We also loved the house. The pool and hottub were nice to have after a long day. House was very clean and nice. Neighbors were friendly. Things I would do for us next time is heat the pool sometimes it was a little chilly so if not swimming in the heat of the day definitely heat the pool. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you. ❣️

We had a lovey stay at this property while vacationing with our children and my parents. Maria's home had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the solar heated pool that was the perfect temperature and the hot tub after long days in the parks. Enjoying our morning coffee with the water way in the background was lovely. We seen many birds, alligator and turtles there. The covered deck allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside in sun and rain. It is a bit outside of the Disney/universal park area which we liked because it was a very quiet and pretty neighbourhood and had everything around us we needed. Maria was wonderful to deal with and was easily accessible. We would for sure stay again!

This property was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well. We visited the parks at Universal Studios and Clearwater beach during our stay. The owner of the home was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had. The home has everything you will need while on vacation. There was also a pool table, ping pong and bikes to ride. My favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day at Universal.

There is so much good to say about this rental! We rented the house for a week for our Disney World honeymoon. It was so nice and private and quiet. The hot tub is amazing. The house was well stocked, the king bed is so comfortable and we just loved it. We look forward to coming back again.

This house is amazing! You can tell that Maria works hard to ensure her guests are going to enjoy themselves. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and well furnished. Maria has supplied things, a family may not realize they need until they do! Maria made the process from check-in to checkout very easy. I bet much appreciated the detailed instructions and suggestions for things around the house and surrounding area. The area where the house is located is beautiful. Our family is looking forward to renting again!

This home beautiful. It was as described. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental.
Maria was very accommodating. We had several last minute changes and she was able help us with everything.
The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. She also supplies dish soap, dishwasher tablets and there are pleny of dish towels! Everything was clean
There were plenty of pool towels, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
She also has highchair, booster seat, pack n play and a stroller available.
We paid to have the pool heated. It was worth it. There had been a lot of rain so the pool was cold. Once we had the heat turned on, it was great. The lanai is large enough to accommodate a big group. And there are pool noodles and beach balls. We needed to put the pool blanket on the pool each night to keep the pool warm. It was not difficult to do at all and it kept the pool warm, even with the colder weather.
We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plus there are bikes to ride and other things to pass the time.

I recently stayed with my family in this beautiful home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from Disney. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table during our down time. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the communication from the host. Maria was excellent, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with whole process. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. We loved spending time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Owner communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Stayed for 7 days on the property and everything listed was as is when we got there. We would stay here again. Travel times in Orlando are double the mileage so people need to take that into account. Neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was a big hit. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

if you're coming on a family trip to disney or any of the activities around . This would be the place to stay just a short distance to all the activities plus plenty of room for the whole family. Everything was Great and setup like they said.. And owner's checked in to make sure everything was going Great . It did rain while we were there and they called to check on the pool level they came to drain a little out. They do definitely make sure that your stay is enjoyable and everything is great And up and running like it should...

Crescent Lakes was immaculate. The owner of the property was very accommodating to all our needs. My 9 y/o daughter enjoyed days in the pool and i enjoyed resting in the hot tub after walking miles around the disney parks. The property was a win win for my family and I. Thanks for a great time!!

We had a great and comfortable stay here for our holiday vacation. There were 7 of us, but there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. We all loved the rec room in the garage! Great space for family time. The pool area is beautiful! and peaceful. The owner of the house was great! 10/10 on communication, which I appreciate a lot. She was always available, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We went over Christmas vacation, and this year, as we all know, it was very cold in a lot of places across the country. So it was extremely cold for Florida. We were able to communicate with the owner, and she turned on the heater for the pool for us with no problem. The parks were not too far away. Some like to be very close to the parks, but that was not a top priority for us. She gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast spot (Woodsby's Cafe) which I too would highly recommend. Shops like Wal-mart, Aldi and Publix are close by as well. Overall we had a great stay, and I would recommend this lovely house to anyone. We look forward to coming back.

A real home from home and the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a holiday home - wanted to bring it back with me! Had a couple of questions and Maria got back to me very quickly. This house was over all good the pool was the best part of it!! But the longer we were there the more we realized that Like I read in another review the house smell so clean we we first got there but it was superficial cleaning..! There were dust bunnies over every door frame !! The bathtub was so dirty under the plastic mat , some of the silverware still had food on them, the cabinets were greasy, the vent on top of stove was so greasy there were food flies stuck to it!! We were also upset about the TV space only having one couch (which is not what the pictures show by the way ) there was no confortable way for all of us to sit and watch a movie together !! I didn't book other places for that reason the pictures she has up is not what the set up is in that room anyway. Also the whole thing about us having to take off the sheets and start a wash before we leave was a total inconvenience when you are trying to get everyone ready to get out by 10 am.

The house is lovely, spacious and with all the facilities you will need for the whole family, for your stay eg modern appliances, comfortable beds and sofas, Netflix and fast wifi. The pool area is great with such an amazing view and you can spot wildlife (birds, alligator).

Lovely house and neighbourhood
This was our second time staying in this house. We loved it! Great pool, neighbourhood and house. Great location. About 25-30 minutes to Disney parks. Nearest Walmart is 15 minutes away. 55 minutes to Legoland Florida. Very good communication with Maria. Will definently stay here again on a hopefully next trip sometime. Such lovely wildlife in the area too, we saw alligators, lots of birds, deer, possums, racoons, bats and lots more. Great fun! Thank you Maria for letting us stay in your wonderful rental. We travelled from Norway and stayed for 3 weeks (June 21st - July 12th).

When we entered the home, it smelled freshly clean but it was surface clean. I had to wash the blender and there were clothes in a dresser from previous guest. Overall though most things were decently clean. The bedrooms and living room are mostly updated. Kitchen and family room are older. House has everything you need. Never heard from owner aside from the email prior to arrival but we didn’t really need anything either. Call her if you need her as I tried text and didn’t get an answer. Figured out what I was looking for so didn’t try to call. The screened in pool area was our favorite feature. Least favorite would be no door on master shower area and all the notes posted everywhere. One spot for communication is what we are used to and prefer. Disney was an easy 30 minute drive. My husband enjoyed fishing in the lake behind the house. The lake backs up to a busy road but the noise wasn’t too bad. We saw an alligator and many beautiful birds.
