Beware of this property.

The neighbourhood and the kitchen.

This is nothing lofty, it is a small, studio apartment. Most of it is exceptionally well configured, but the alcove serving as a living room/bedroom is exceptionally awkward. It houses an unusual form of Murphy bed that converts to a sofa. The conversion is equivalent to lowering and raising a barbell while standing on springs, a barbell that lives on a shelf above your head. This would be difficult for short people and is hazardous if not impossible for many seniors. In addition, hazardous for anyone is a shelf that sticks out from the wall at eye level. When the bed is lowered, this shelf spreads across the entire gap between wall and bed (see photo), requiring unusual contortions to walk past it. We walloped our heads several times, and often stubbed a toe on the bed's legs at the bottom corners. At shoulder level a protruding television screen is also awkward to escape. This structure is a serious accident waiting to happen, especially since it may need to be negotiated in the middle of the night while half asleep. Lowering the bed found the bedding to be decorated with dirt from the housing (see photo). Also, one of the legs is not held properly in position because a bracket inside the bed frame is missing. Raising the bed fully requires manipulating both legs on high, which apparently the cleaner was unable to do. Maintenance seems not to be the building's forte. In the kitchen, both duplex receptacles were loose in their boxes, and during our three-night stay, five key fobs stopped working. A key fob is necessary to lock the door as well as to unlock it, and the building has no staff on duty, so this was more of a nuisance than it sounds. If you find the bed too hard to manipulate, good luck getting your money back. We booked the room by accident. We had ruled it out after noticing that the description includes a well-buried mention of a folding bed, and thought we were reserving elsewhere.

L’arrivée impersonnelle car aucun personnel. Difficile de s’y retrouver avec tous les codes et de mauvaises informations données pour accéder au stationnement payant. Pour ce dernier, aucune télécommande dans l’appartement et grande difficulté pour en obtenir une qui fonctionne. Résultat : perte d’1 heure après voyage fatigant et énervement supplémentaire ! En revanche, pas de petit geste commercial… vous payez plein pot !!!

Repos après les Fêtes!

L’emplacement près des plaines, du musée, de la rue Cartier avec ses restos et boutiques. L’appartement lui-même avec cuisinette et stationnement.

Rien, tout était parfait. Un seul petit bémol, un gradateur pour les luminaires de la cuisine et celui au-dessus de la table serait un plus. Merci

The location was great walking distance to everything. The property was clean, warm and quiet. The communication from the host was first class. The property was well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Agréable, sécuritaire et emplacement parfaite.

Emplacement parfaite prêt des plaines d'Abraham et des resto, tout en restant a pieds. Accès a une cuisine bien équiper pour ne pas dire tout équiper. Accès au poste de TV très important pour écouter les games de Hockey !!!!

J'ai malheureusement trouver de la moisissure des le premier jour dans la douche loft 104.

It was a good apartment for a short stay.

The apartment was clean and quiet, despite the busy street and nearby construction. Though it was small, mirrors made it seem bigger.

Beds were crammed against the wall under the eaves, difficult to access comfortably. It would be nice to have a light blanket, as the comforters were way too heavy for the warm weather.

Beautiful basement suite right next to amazing gardens, heritage sights, walking distance from the old city, and clean,

Excellent location. Clean and quiet. Had all the amenities needed like iron, washer/dryer, coffee/tea, dishes and cutlery, etc. Nicely designed.

I was not aware beforehand that it was a basement suite. However, in the hot weather, the basement had its merits. Still, a full week in a basement apartment would not be my first choice but it was very nice for what it was.

Excellent location-walk to most things

No breakfast, so not applicable. Moved out of first room since noisy as right by front door which was slammed constantly by other guests despite notice. Room also very small and nowhere to sit. Foldout bed. 2nd room much nicer but also noisy due to overhead clients

The apartment was the perfect place to "come home to." Hosts' communication was fantastic.

Clean, attractive, quirky windows with a nice view, comfortable bed

Seating area and bathroom not easily accessed. But we understand, given the location of the room on the third floor of an older building. Kitchen chairs are a little uncomfortable.

The location was perfect— easy to get to so many things without feeling overly touristy. I loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen— we were able to make dinner with produce purchased at nearby Provisions inc.

Superb

Rock walls made you feel like you were in historic building. Kitchen was great after 5 nights of eating out. Washer and drier were very much appreciated. Apartment was very clean and bed very comfy. Was 5 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites.

Had to call several times to get change of email for new phone. Had to call them after 4 to get check in details.

- There was a closed door a few meters from the bed. Behind it was a noise 24/7. Enough to make sleeping difficult. - On the door of the apartment was a note, reminding you to enter the 6 digit code on the numberpad. There was no numberpad on the door. See picture. - small shower - Unstable Internet connection. I had working internet maybe 50% of the time - It was in the cellar

Worth it!

They had a kitchenette in the room which meant that you could do your own breakfast, lunch or supper. Everything that you needed for cooking utensils is there. They supplied coffee and cream which I think we could all agree is an essential part of most peoples morning routine. The location gives you walking access to the down town part of Old Quebec. The street it is on also gives you access to a lot of great spots to eat. The parking provided is worth paying for as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Quebec City. You will not be disappointed.

L'Adresse is a very clean, safe and comfortable place to stay near many attractions in Old Quebec.

The space had a modern well stocked kitchen with little extras to make the place very enjoyable like milkers for coffee in the fridge, options for coffee, simple but delicious milk frothing device and sitting areas that gave a relaxing feel to the place. The many windows made it all very bright. The owners checked in to ensure all was well and were very responsive to questions.

The pillows were a bit hard for my liking.
