Me dieron una habitación muy pequeña,el aire acondicionado no funcionaba,muy viejo el aparato,y la cisterna rota.pero estaba todo muy limpio.la recepción regular.

El aire acondicionado de la 308 planta 3,y almohadas hubiera mucho más altas,estaban viejas,ya muy usadas.por limpieza muy bien,y en el casco antiguo perfecto.

Condiciones lamentables

Ubicación en el centro de Badajoz

Sabanas quemadas, pelos y manchas en las camas, desagüe de lavabo pegado con cinta aislante y ducha en condiciones lamentables. Tornillos y cables sueltos en el cabecero. No volveremos porque aunque es económico debería tener unas condiciones mínimas de higiene y seguridad para los clientes

Atendimento excelente! A recepcionista Stephany ajudou-nos imenso! Localizaçao óptima, bem no centro do centro historico de Badajoz.

Já tinha ficado no hotel outras vezes, a única coisa que não mudou desde a última vez é que continua com falta de espelhos no quarto... Escolhemos quartos de 3 e 4 pessoas e existia apenas um espelho por quarto. Mas é só um reparo, o hotel não deixa de ter uma excelente relação qualidade/preço por isso.

el apartmaneto cuenta con parking propio que la verdad eso es una maravilla. en un acalle bastante tranquila y genial.

en principio nada solo pasamos una noche pero bueno.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Demasiado antiguo, y las almohadas muy blandas. Creo que necesita una remodelación porque la ubicación no puede ser mejor.

Good for a single night

It suited our needs for one night. Had a fridge. Close enough to walk to the walled fort and shopping precinct. They allowed us to store luggage for a few hours.

A generally good budget hotel in a great position.

I've used this hotel before and am glad to see that not much has changed. It is in a very central location for all the hustle and bustle of Badajoz city yet in a side street that allows for little noise disturbance. There is parking at the hotel but booking is essential, as is a city map or satellite navigation to find it.

Two things. One, not the fault of the hotel, was that the road outside the hotel was being re-laid with all the attendant noise and dust that involves. However, having said that, the hotel could have advised me by email and given me the choice of booking another hotel away from this. I am asthmatic and these things matter. The only other complaint I have is the state of the mattress in the room. It should be replaced as it has become very uncomfortable.

Perfect value vs quality

Basic but great value for money. No extra charge for my dog.

It was a little noisy but that was the fault of the guests not the hotel.

the hotel was clean and for a central location it offered parking. But very basic in other areas.

the property allowed pets, had parking and was clean.

the beds were uncomfortable, and the room was noisy. the noise came from other rooms and the corridor.

Very friendly people, good price and situated in a nice spot of the city. No stress at all

My only quibble is that they have very white led nights in the rooms and no way to have a warmer low lighting.

Central location at affordable price

Standard simple room in the centre of Badajoz. The room was clean and spacious and was equipped with AC. The hotel has everything you may need: hair dryer, iron... Available in reception. In the areas there are many shops and bars, and the historic area is at foot distance.

Parking at the hotel is very expensive (10€ per night)

To sleep

The location is good. In the city center. To the train station a bit, but that's because of the city. It is clean. The staff is friendly. The other hotel guests were a bit noisy, but maybe only an exception and in itself the room is quiet.

The rooms have no view. The window opening is weird. The table was full of burn marks and did not look inviting. The ambient light flickered and you didn't want to leave this on (unfortunately). Big light or no light at all.
