Publicidad Engañosa

Nos encontramos dos familias que nos alojábamos a la vez y no nos admitían porque llevábamos animales cuando todos hicimos las reserva con el filtro de animales y el hotel ponía que admitían animales y les dijimos las dos familias que unos veníamos de Barcelona y los otros de Castellón que no nos íbamos y máxime cuándo eran las 20h de la noche y estaba nevando y llevamos niños y perros, el encargado nos dijo luego que si pagábamos 10€ por perritos nos podíamos quedar y le dijimos que ese pago no aparecía en la página de Booking ni del hotel y nos sentimos engañados y culparon a Booking de todo, y que nosotros habíamos comprado a Booking y no a ellos y como le dijimos que no nos íbamos a ir a la calle porque teníamos las dos reservas confirmadas y pagadas y si ellos tenían una mala coordinación con Booking, no era nuestro problema y más a esas horas de la noche, con 3 menores y 5 perros.Nos sentimos engañados, estafados, chantajeados y cooaccionados.El hotel derivaba la culpa a Booking de haber publicado que se admitían perros cuando según ellos en temporada de ski no admitían perros y finalmente al intervenir 2 agentes policía Andorrana nos dijeron que si pagábamos 10€ x animal nos dejaban estar, engaño tras engaño ...total que para no quedarnos en la calle tuvimos que pagar 10€ x perrito, total 30€, y les pedimos las hojas de reclamación y el agente la correspondiente hoja de reclamación en www.comsum.ad.

Nice stay!

Very good location, offer free locker at the lift station, nice owner and staff, very good food and not expensive price at the hotel restaurant.

Room size is not very big.

Very good

The Hotel was good, very clean. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Dinner was also good, I had taken the half board option which was good value. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The hotel team were very friendly and spoke excellent English

Proximity to ski lift Station is awesome. Friendly staff.

Poor Customer Experience

Location

Booking.com advertise this as a dog friendly hotel, on arrival we were advised not, in the most welcoming manor the owner made it very clean he owned the place and we weren’t allowed dogs, slightly arrogant to be honest. In the winter months they do not due to dogs being left in the room, we take the dogs out during the day with us but weren’t aware, read the very small print. (4 pages down from the confirmation.) easily missed and a genuine error We would have happily accepted the situation and paid for another place but the owner had to make a situation of it, his arrogance made us feel unwelcome. Overall customer experience was poor, we avoided breakfast as it was frozen not fresh bread/pastries and the property is old and very small rooms Better options in the Soldeu area in my opinion

Will stay here again if I return to Andorra!

The owner and staff of the hotel were very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the room super clean and the mountain view we had from our window was gorgeous. Also, very good value for the price!

Small but with restaurant and bar. Clean and good location. Willing to accept pets.

Room has good sound proof from the street noise but sound proof from other the guests in the hotel is not good. Don't have kettle in the room.

property was clean but flies are flying every where on the tables but the staff at the reception is very rude upon requesting anything she always gives bad attitude and pass rude comments. bathroom doors locks were broken upon requesting to fix it never got fixed .

Good location and great staff who are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient and always seems open

No air conditioning, in summer it can actually get a little too warm in the room.
