Un souvenir marquant et attachant

L’accueil est irréprochable : souriant, délicat, chic, très informatif. Dès les premières minutes on sait que le séjour est réussi. La jeune réceptionniste s’est démenée pour le trouver un dentiste. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est aussi très sympathique. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel est chaleureuse et de très bon goût. L’emplacement est parfait. Bref : de merveilleux souvenirs.

Un petit problème nous retient de mettre 10. L’insonorisation entre les chambres n’est pas bonne. Nous avions l’impression de dormir avec le voisin qui toussait. Pour autant, si je reviens à Trieste, je reviens ici les yeux fermés.

Barátságos, komfortos, kényelmes.

Nagyon jólesett a szálloda patinás hangulata, de mégis korszerű felszereltsége, és az, hogy a legtöbb látnivaló valóban egy kényelmes sétára található. A személyzet pedig rendkívül barátságos.

Az egyébként kiváló reggelinél örültem volna egy kicsit több zöldségnek.

Angenehme und freundliche Herberge für einen schönen Urlaub in Triest

Das Fenster unseres Zimmers führte direkt zum Platz vor dem Hotel - es war dennoch überraschend angenehm, nicht ruhig, aber auch nicht störend. Das Frühstück bot vieles, auch täglich wechselnde Angebote. Man bekam auf Wunsch auch einen frischen Cappuccino statt den aus der Maschine, die im Raum steht. Außerhalb des Frühstücks kann man den Raum auch zum Entspannen nutzen, inkl. Erfrischungsgetränken ohne Zusatzkosten. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Bad war leider etwas heruntergekommen - Flecken in der Dusche, Rost an der Dusch-Tür, die Badezimmertür war nur sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen und die Klinke fiel auf der einen Seite sogar auseinander. Anders als in Service-Beschreibung im Zimmer beschrieben werden die Handtücher je nach Laune gewechselt - mal täglich, mal alle 2 Tage. Die Fenster lassen sich nur komplett öffnen, nicht ankippen - daran wird laut Personal aber derzeit gebaut (auch wenn wir keine Bauarbeiten festgestellt haben). Der Fahrstuhl ist winzig. Es passen maximal 2 Koffer plus 2 Personen rein - wenn diese den Bauch einziehen. Für Familien könnte es schwierig sein die oberen Stockwerke zu erreichen.

Great vacation in Trieste!

People in the reception are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was perfect as well as the dining room. Location is very good! I will deffinately visit again!

One of the best hotel I stayed during my Italian travels so far.

I really liked the place; the staff was extremely friendly and professional, the location of the hotel is more than perfect, clos to the city-centre, the breakfast is simply outstanding in quantity and quality alike. One thing I'm really sorry about: I wanted to spend one more night in the hotel, but it had been already fully booked- quite understandable. :)

Our room is close to the bottom level and face the main street, so a bit of noise .

Couldn’t have chosen better! Will definitely book again when I come back to Trieste!

Excellent staff! They were all super helpful and caring. The room was always very clean and smelling really good. The beds are comfortable and the minibar is always re-stocked. They also have Sky TV available. And the breakfast is amazing! Really worth it!

The room was a bit old as the building is. We could hear some noise from outside and from the room above but nothing too loud. The first day there was plenty of water that leaked from the shower to all over the bathroom and into the room. That was quite annoying as the box doesn’t keep the water in. We had to not close the shower door completely so we had less water leaking. I recommend the hotel to take a look at that because this was truly the only down point of the stay.

Amazing breakfast and a perfect position close to the city center and to the main bus stop place. The room was super comfortable and very nicely decorated. The staff was really nice and always helpful!

The mini-fridge was a bit too noisy at night.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and close to the train station. The ambiance and rooms were above expectation. The rain shower was great!

The pillow was very flat and hard. Even with two on top of each other, it wasn't enough. Reception said they had no alternatives.
