Würde ich nicht mehr buchen

Zimmer nicht fertig, obwohl Einchecken um 13.00 h telef vereinbart war. Boden im Badezimmer schmutzig, Bett nur mit 1 Kopfkissen und 1 Zudecke, obwohl DZ gebucht, sehr kleine Zimmer

Das Hotel eignet sich ideal für einen Stadtbesuch (SHA) und Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Ruhige Lage, wenige Gehminuten zur historischen Altstadt (inkl. Würth-Museum); sehr freundliches Personal; angenehme legere Atmosphäre; gutes Frühstück in grossem, hellen Raum (+ kleine Terasse); Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel

Wie werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Laut Website sollte das Hotel ein Restaurant haben. Dies gab es aber nicht, bzw. es war (dauerhaft) geschlossen. Frühstück gibt es nur von 7 bis 9 Uhr. An einem Tag waren am Frühstücksbuffet um 8:30 schon keine frischen Brötchen mehr vorhanden.

Städtchen mit interessanter Vergangenheit

Perfekte Lage direkt unterhalb des Bahnhofs mit grandioser Sicht über die ganze Stadt. Eckzimmer lichtdurchflutet dank bodenlanger Glastüren auf zwei Seiten mit französischem Balkon. Sehr speziell: Badezimmer hinter Spiegeltür versteckt! Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt.

Super Personal! Sehr gutes Zimmer!

Super eingerichtet und angenehm gelegen.

Man konnte das Zimmer aufgrund von Vorhängen nicht richtig verdunkeln. Aber das war geringfügig.

Hôtel proche du centre ville

Hôtel très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique Parking privé au pied de l'hôtel Chambre confortable.

Accueil froid sans aucun renseignement touristique Ménage effectué uniquement à la demande du client Accueil, service et petit déjeuner ne correspondent pas au classement d'un hôtel quatre étoiles.

If you’re looking for accommodation that is simple and has all the basics, nothing more, then this is perfect for you.

Loved the location, even seen from the train station so super accessible. It was simple, comfortable and affordable.

I didn’t like that the floor was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned from its previous stay. The door is right next to the bed so you can hear when your neighbours come and go.

A fantastic trip down memory lane; we'll be back.

I stayed in this hotel on a school trip in 1971. I always wanted to go back and finally did. I was so pleased to find that the hotel is still run by the same family and one of the daughters, who were our age, was on reception when we arrived. We had a nice long chat; thankfully her English is better than my German. Still a lovely hotel and Schwabisch Hall is every bit as good as I remembered. Very handy location to visit nearby places such as Rothenburg and Dinklesbuhl.

Nothing in Particular except that it is close to city center

There was no internet in the rooms. The staff was unfriendly and old lady was keeping an eye in what were eating during breakfast

The owners and the staff are very nice and very helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. There’s parking behind the hotel and there’s very affordable parking in the garage down the hill.

Good choice in the right spot.

Great location between the train station and the center of all the pedestrian action in town. Nice, particularly well-maintained building. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

The bed was a bit droopy for my taste; I prefer more supportive mattresses. Overall, the room is comfortable despite being small. Breakfast didn't start until 8am. Would be good to at least be able to get coffee or tea before that, but otherwise it was fine.

Close to Altstadt. Very friendly front desk girl. Great breakfast with very nice staff lady. Good bed.

Its a great hotel but I wouldn’t say its a 4 star one.

It’s close to the city center and easy to find. Some of the staff was lovely some not so much. We asked to borrow an iron/iron board and the lady helped us straight away.

There is parking but not that many spots. During our stay it was full pretty much all the time so we had to park on the street.

Great location and lovely food and room. Matress needs replacing.

Location next to the river. Parking at the hotel was available. Staff were lovely (even when I locked myself out of my room). Clean and tidy. Nice and quiet (with windows closed).

Beds were terrible. Way too soft, almost bent in the middle.
