חופשה משפחתית במלון סבוי

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מגוונת וטובה. היה ריח טוב בלובי. אנשי הקבלה היו שירותיים ונעימים. המיקום מצויין ליד חוף הים.

אחרי שעשינו צ'ק אאוט ורצינו לשים חפצים בשמירת החפצים, היחס אלינו השתנה, והיה פחות טוב ושירותי.

המיקום מצויין קרוב לים דקה מהמזרקה הצוות מדהים קיבלה אותנו הג'ינגית החמודה תסלחו לי שאני לא זוכרת תשם קיבלה אותנו בחיוך ענק שירות מצויין ומאוד נדיב החדר היה מקסים ונוח היה נקי ומסודר לא אכלנו בארוחת בוקר לא אוכלים בכללי בבוקר אבל כשירדתי להכין נס קפה המקום היה נראה מסודר ונעים והאוכל היה נראה טוב

שיש מרפסת ואאפשר לעשן זה היה החיסרון היחידי שהיינו צריכים לרדת למטה לעשן

Good value

Located near the beach, although more to the south of most of the popular hotels. The hotel is well appointed and simple, but clean. The value for what you pay is good. Bathrooms are small, but shower was good and they provide shampoo etc. and towels (including beach towels).

The rooms are very small, but it is good value for what you pay.

Location was amazing.

The breakfast didn’t have any variety. Unfortunately the only thing my daughter could eat was the croissants which didn’t always seem fresh.

Mediocre.

Location was excellent.

The property is in terrible shape. There were no chairs to sit in for people in the lobby of building. Also, security personnel were not friendly and not at all interested in customer service. Walkways are not lit. Gum stains everywhere on paths. Garbage spilling out of trash cans.

It was a super comfortable stay at the Savoy. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was a 10 second walk to the beach and close by to Carmel Market and so many great cafes. The rooftop was a great place to see the beautiful Tel Aviv sunsets.

The only issue is that the AC didn’t get very cold but the weather was really cool at night so it wasn’t a problem.

The best part of this place is the woman (Natalie) who works at the front desk. She is very helpful and kind. I hope she reads this and knows how much we appreciated her. If management reads this, please give her a raise. She deserves it.

Amazing place with great service. In my opinion, it approaches a Four Seasons experience.

The afternoon clerk was amazingly kind and accommodating, even offering me a room to shower after I was checked out. The happy hour was great. The rooms were very comfortable. It is only two blocks from the beach, and not far at all from restaurants.

Hotel in serious need of update. Water dripping from ceiling in room. Balcony door is not able to close or lock (door is skew in frame). Room not made up by 4pm. Bin not emptied once during stay.

- Close to the beach - the Lobby looks refurbished and new - Rooms are not too small - Breakfast is good

- Strict policy of check-in/check-out time - Bathroom is tiny, big hassle to get in the shower tub - Noisy rooms - A smile at the staffs face at the breackfast woukd be appreciate

The front desk staff were very good, helpful, friendly and professional. Nathalie was incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming …and provided excellent solutions to any queries. I’d give her 10*. 😀 The daily complimentary supplies of wine, coffee and snacks on the terrace were great.

The tea / coffee facilities in my room were not replenished daily …and I had to ask for these. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days despite my being out from 6.30am to 6pm - and a ‘Please Clean my Room’ sign on the door all day.

the Savoy Seaside Hotel does the most delicious and varied breakfast of anywhere in the world! And all day there are refreshments and tasty pastries available.

If you want luxury stay at the Kemplinski but the Savoy is more personal and friendly and costs less

Room specifically booked for a sea view aspect. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of items. Provided a glass of champagne for my birthday which was appreciated. Although all staff were friendly, Natalie went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

The afternoon snacks did not seem consistent.

fantastic location & warm welcome by staff

I paid the hotel bill upfront. The hotel insisted on holding a further 500 shekels on my card. I have been discharged for more than 24 hours and they are still holding this money. This is a disgraceful practice. The breakfast staff made me feel like I was interrupting their day. They did not appear to be happy or go out their way to make sure customers were being served. They just did the minimum… the bathroom towels were tiny and of poor quality.
