Hôtel correct mais je m'attendais à mieux

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 10 minutes du centre-ville. La chambre de superficie correcte et la salle-de-bains de bonne superficie. La propreté de la salle de bains. Le balcon. Mini-frigo dans la chambre.

Les matelas des lits sont usés au point qu'on a l'impression de dormir dans un hamac. Petit-déjeuner en sous-sol (sans accès par ascenseur) et peu varié. L'accès "acrobatique" au parking souterrain. Le poste TV de petite taille et non orientable. Mini-frigo bruyant.

Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and quiet.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly, professional and informative. The room I had was spacious, sunny, really quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable and clean. Everything well maintained and functioning. The hotel is also pet friendly. They said it was ok to bring the cat I was adopting from Sofia.

I didn't like the restaurant attached to the hotel (I think they operate separately despite being in the same building). The food I ordered was really heavy with oil and cream.

Wir haben ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen, das Parken in der Tiefgarage hat problemlos funktioniert, Hunde sind dort willkommen, das Frühstück war richtig lecker, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Ein schönes Hotel, wir würden gerne wieder dort übernachten.

The Overall stay was pleasant

The room was OK, fair size and clean. It had a balcony with a nice view to the mountains. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was more than OK.

The room was in 2nd floor, above the restaurant garden We felt the smoke from the chimney when the meat being cooked over the coals.

Comfortable hotel with everything I needed for a pleasant stay

large room and good outdoor area near pool and for the breakfast buffet

The glass walled shower area in bathrrom was quite small with a half curved shower door. Given the size of the bathroom, I think a larger shower area would be a great enhancement to the room for a more comfortable shower experience.

Lage des Hotels ist nicht ansprechend. Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel. Die Ausstattung strahlt keinen Wohlfühlcharakter aus.

Good value for the money

Very good allocation same the swimming pool was out of order ,sky bar was out of order ,the tv was not working for 3 days

DO NOT LEAVE LUGGAGE WITH THEM AFTER CHECK-OUT! We did, and a KOBO ebook reader worth about £150 was missing from our bags when we returned. 😔

Restorant is not working and the breakfast is very poor and not fresh (scrambled eggs were from yesterday or day before), sky bar and lobby bar are not working as well.

Good location, nothing special, very basic and dated rooms.

The room was spacious and it was nice to have a balcony. The Sky Bar had nice views of Vitosha mountain and the bar itself had very friendly staff. The breakfast, while very basic was handy for mornings when we wanted a small bite to eat before heading out. The man in charge of the breakfast was very friendly.

The room was dated and dull. The receptionist manager wasn’t that friendly and asking her for something felt like it was a big inconvenience to her. Ironing facilities were a half broken iron and no ironing board. There were no plugs beside the bed. We booked and paid for the deluxe double room with two single beds as a preference and we were given the standard double room. When we questioned this, we were told it was because we asked for two single beds and the deluxe room cannot facilitate this. We requested to be moved to a deluxe room as we paid for that room and would’ve rathered a double bed in the room we paid for than two single beds in a smaller, basic room. Guests shouldn’t be able to book the deluxe room with two single beds as a preference if the hotel can’t do that set up for guests. Misleading to say the least and it only causes problems and disappointment on arrival. The shower hose holder on the wall couldn’t hold up the hose so having a shower was awkward. Definitely needs updating there. Also, the safety deposit box didn’t work and at that stage, we didn’t bother query about it because the hotel receptionist manager didn’t seem approachable. The airconditioner on the cool setting only emitted warm air - so we just had to open the balcony door to cool the room. We tested it out while we were out and came back to a very hot room. The hotel has most of the expected facilities but lacks quality standards and needs updating. Definitely not a four star hotel. The photos make it out to be a lot cleaner and fresher than it actually is.

for the price that I pay and 4 star hotel I was expecting much more

Location was ok ( not in Centre as we were looking for close place to Sofia Tech park ), good thing was the underground parking so the car was safe

as I hade booked 2 rooms they mixed the rooms, staff did not even know which room has what facilities, fridge was dirty, no drinking water left in the room, shower was leaking from all the sides, as we ask iron there was not, pillows were very un comfy.... breakfast from 10 to 1 I would rate 4.5. Staff was very unprofessional, clueless, not helpful, did not even bother to assist us to find some place to eat around as we arrived late...

If they sell rooms for 25 euros per night then it will be worth the money.

The fact it had a balcony and free parking.

Room was dated, shower had poor pressure. The toilet flush button was loose. The air conditioning did not work, only blew out hot air. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. At the sky bar, there was broken glass on the balcony. And 7 leva for a bottle of Stela was extremly expensive. When I arrived, the road to the hotel is on a one way street which is exstreamly narrow. But I was not allowed to use the free parking until I hade checked in and paid. I was lucky my car was not towed

It was OK for 1 night.

I choose it for the location, to suit my needs and that there was parking and breakfast

Hotel is far from 4 stars. Bed and mattresses old and used up. Fridge empty. Windows can’t be opened partially only in full. The room smells. The bedding was old and even put with the inside out. There was a used towel forgotten I. The room. The kettle was not working. There was no spoon to steer the coffee, if you manage to make one. The breakfast was acceptable but served on an underground level!

Nothing what i would liked. It was the worst hotel I ever been

I didn;t liked everything: the smell, the dirty in the furniture, and the last thing was that, some handyman start to drill holes,in the morning,above the doors. People jus dont go here
