The welcome was excellent. The spoken English was very good. The breakfast adequate. The hotel was clean. I had a really good nights sleep. I will return on my home bound no need to look for another place.

Great location for Autotoute and Airport, clean, good aircon, walking distance to several Restaurants.
But the standout feature was the young gentleman (with beard) on reception, who was just so pleasant and helpful. Much appreciated👍

Just off the auto route so an excellent location for a break from a long journey with a number of restaurants within walking distance.
Our room was on the ground floor with our only window opening onto the path to reception so was rather noisy.

Although breakfast was supposed to be served as from 7 o’clock, as indicated by receptionist and by signs on the door and in the lift, when we arrived at 7:50 the breakfast room was locked and breakfast wasn’t served until 8.” There was no explanation, nor an apology from staff member in charge of breakfast. Definitely a minus! Otherwise I can recommend the place to any motorist who just wants a bed and continue their trip the next day.

Location is in an area with most of the budget hotels and convenient to the N10/20.

Reception staff were pleasant.
The 10.5€ charge for breakfast - 21€ for a couple was excessive especially as it was no better than what is provided for 6.50€ in other budget hotels. Also breakfast staff did not replenish food supplies.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our experience until departure.
Upon check in we were asked who would like breakfast. 1 out of 3 responded yes. We were advised we could come down and get coffee or add breakfast if we changed our minds. We were traveling with my 85 year old
American mother who went downstairs and got a cup of coffee and a glass of juice. She was charged for a full breakfast of 15 euros and the manager refused to reverse. A senior citizen who did not speak the language was treated rudely and taken advantage of since she did not understand what she was paying. When the manager asked me what I wanted, I told her we were happy to pay for the juice and coffee but she did not have any food. I was told for sitting in the room and getting a tray it is up to the person how much they eat but will be charged for a full breakfast. We were never advised of such a ridiculous rule when we checked in the night before. I am a Diamond member with Hilton and travel internationally 6-8 months out of the year. I have never been so disgusted by a managers attitude and unwillingness to reverse a bad decision made by her staff. I will never stay at this chain again. What we were charged for drinks with minimum ice, low end gin and no lime at a 2 star motel was ridiculous. 15 euros for a double gin with tonic and 3 ice cubes. Prices not displayed so didn't know the cost until checking out.

The staff is really nice and helpful..the room was clean and confortable. Despite its location close to the highway (useful in my case), it is really quiet (no noise at all) . Reception is open till late.

Nicely decorated room sound for tv came out from behind bed which was effective bathroom good size well thought out as well as decoration. Good size parking spaces handy for motorway as well as local restaurants also Lidl nearby with other supermarket in easy walking distance.
At the entrance to the hotel is sign saying BeIn sports as well as Canal+ channels these were not on the avaialble tv channels in my room. BeIn sports did not feature the Canal + channels had message about requiring viewing card. Also not the full normal list of free french tv channels were evident. The breakfast was a little disappointing the baguette was not the crisp crust variety it was the soft spongy texture of the Aldi 400g cheapies or it may even have been bought the previous night I did wonder. Small croissants. Although reasonable choice of dairy products as well as prepared plates of ham slices and fuit bowls it would have been nice to have had the option to boil your own egg (as you can in Ace hotels) rather than the cold ones here. It would also have been nice to have had available hot items such as the bacon and scrambled eggs which the BB hotels include in their breakfast spread so for the cost of this at 10euro90 compared to those hotel cheaper charges for breakfast I would not rate the kyriad morning offering as anywhere near as good value or overall quality. The hotel also on arrival did not have many smiling faces around or promote a welcoming feel it was a very utilitarian booking in reception.

it was extremely clean and tidy. The room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable
It was noisy. There were people stood below our window that were talking loudly for a large part of the night.

Basic room , clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nice male receptionist was helpful in providing boiling water for tea in the morning. Italian restaurant walking distance.
Our room was by the road and we couldn’t open the window due to noise The original booking confirmed check in from 3pm but on the day the reception was closed and didn’t open until 5. An email had been sent after the booking confirming this but we did not pick up. The bedroom could have benefited from a kettle. The area is pretty unattractive.

Such a shame the room was a little grotty in decor but most of all I found a dead spider in the bed .toilet was dirty
Well at least the spider died in bed and it found peace. And quiet which was more than we got by a exit door
Host was very pleasant and helpful breakfast was good and most enjoyable for continental
I would recommend this location just a shame for the small issues I’m sure the host will resolve the issues when and if they read this comment
