Ok if you are on business

Bar and restaurant were ok

Breakfast restaurant was disgusting, dirty, not much selection, restocking wasn’t very fast, dirty tables, waitress only replacing cutlery, plates and cups that had visibly been used, left everything else on table. Not nice at all Attitude of staff and management when booking in. They insisted that breakfast had to be paid for even though our booking showed breakfast included. Got there in the end after giving them a printed copy of the booking. Apparently a glitch on their system. Not very professional We also found a credit card from a previous customer in our room

Very beautiful inside and very comfortable plus amazing if travelling by car even an EV and a dog

Location, style and comfort of the he room. Size of bathroom, garage and Tesla charge ..and the main thing it is dog friendly

The outside style is not great but it’s in a great location

Breakfast was 18€, bit pricey but a really good selection on offer.

Being woken up twice after leaving ‘do not disturb’ on show.

Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Warm welcome from Reception and delighted to find that our room had a balcony overlooking the garden. The garden is the real bonus at this hotel: such a great place to meet up as a group, and a real oasis of calm in the centre of Reims. We spent more time around the hotel because of the garden. Our room (deluxe) was huge, and the bathroom was fabulous. Breakfast was an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a table at the restaurant as it was full so can't comment but it looked very smart.

Premier hotel

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Everything is modern with well designed attractive common areas. The rooms are good quality with modern fittings. Breakfast is a lovely setting with quiet garden at rear. Lovely hotel in Central location with underground parking.

We had a lovely time. The room was impeccably clean & restaurant (Cafe de la paix) was amazing!

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and offered a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful.

Lack of lock on bathroom door and bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Reims is a beautiful city to visit

very well situated, big room, good service, glad we booked parking ahead, still very narrow spaces

restaurant already booked, should give you an option before you arrive, breakfast expensive for what there is to offer so we declined

Overall great stay.

Bed comfy. Location perfect for exploring Reims.

Lighting in the bedroom was useless in the morning. Breakfast started at 6.30am BUT no cooked food until well after 7am which was disappointing as we had to get an early start due to a long journey.

Great location, very pleasant ambiance and interior, tasty breakfast, comfy bed and pillows! Our room had a view on the city and cathedral - so morning coffee on a balcony is really nice

Breakfast food selection might be somewhat limited, but quality is good. Parking spaces are not very large, so you have to be careful.

Really quite a good hotel at a reasonable price

What a lovely surprise this hotel was! They really provide all the services and comforts we expect from a high level hotel in the US, in fact better than the US versions. The reception was clear and they met my requests on the room, they stored my bags as I went to my wine tasting. The room was pretty, if a little on the small side, but that's europe. The usual incomprehensible hotel lighting scheme, but other than that, nice linens, a good temperature, a coffee machine and minibar in the room, good shower, nice towels, and it was made up promptly when I went to breakfast, The breakfast, while a little expensive, was really quite good and they have an "express" option which is just coffee and pastries and bread for somewhat less that the full price. The hotel is well situated and it's an easy walk to the gare Reims ville. A really nice stay in an exceptional hotel.

I wished they were mor liberal with the bottled water, and it was hard finding places to buy it in the neighborhood (I was there on a sunday and monday and everything was closed!!).

Great hotel with amazing room and top location right in the center!!

Amazing hotel! I booked for 2 adults but we also brought our son and they upgraded our room to what appears to be a suite with 2 double beds and the room was amazing! Very luxurious and spacious and with a beautiful bathroom. Location is also great, right in the center and next to shopping and restaurant streets as well as big cathedral and museums, all walking distance!! Breakfast was included and also very fresh and delicious!!

We paid for hybrid parking while regular should have been charged...apparantly the garage has 3 rates, electric, hybrid (plug-in) and regular but since our car cannot be charged we should have been invoiced for regular parking which is cheaper.

Top hotel but some issues

Convenient location & good facilities including car park - all important for an overnight stay after travelling from the south towards Calais.

Problematic access with a barrier preventing progress into the location. Apparently there is a code which changes every month so this should be advised in ADVANCE to avoid a stressful arrival! Nice room but bed was too hard!
