Upper level can sleep 4 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, large contemporary living room with interesting antiques and huge terrace with private heated pool, outdoor dining table, lounging area and glorious ocean views.
The SAYAN TROPICAL condominium has three outdoor pools, large beachfront Jacuzzi, and lots of lounging/sunning opportunities. Inside, a well-equipped exercise gym overlooks the bay and has state of the art exercise and weight training machines. Gym area has showers and a co-ed hot-tub spa and sauna.
The SAYAN condominium runs a full restaurant and bar from breakfast until 9pm, 6 days a week( closed on Monday ), serving excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. Restaurant is exclusively for condo owners, renters and guests, providing maximum personal attention.
There is a regulation tennis court on the grounds and free for all guests on a first come basis. Covered secure parking available for two cars.

GUEST CHECK-IN AND ACCESS
CHECK-IN - Check-In is normally between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00pm incur a charge of $25USD in cash payable directly to the person who checks you in. This fee will be also applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. Earlier check-ins can be accommodated if the property has been vacant that day, no charge.
CHECK-OUT - Check-out is normally 11:00 AM. Late check-outs can also be accommodated if the property is not going to be occupied that day, again no charge.
Guests will be provided with the contact information of the property manager upon booking. Similarly, guests’ contact information will be given to the property manager. The check-in agent or property manager will meet guests at the entrance to Sayan Tropical codominium with the keys. He or she will explain the use of appliances, internet, phone, TV etc. Similar procedure when checking out. He or she can arrange small parties, pick up at the airport, supply groceries as well. All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property.
You have full access to all the building's amenities, including restaurant, bar, 3 outdoor pools, beach front Jacuzzi, gym, massage room, sauna, tennis court and even room service. Available services and amenities are offered for the comfort and pleasure of your stay:
Restaurant & Bar Service: Lobby from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM( closed on Monday ). IMPORTANT AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICITY CONTROL
Sliding glass doors to terraces and other windows to be closed when air conditioning is on. It is sometimes easy to forget and leave the terrace doors, bedroom and bathroom windows open with the A/C running. This can cause water damage to the ceiling if it happens over a long period of time.
Also please note that the cost of electricity is very high. Please be very conscious of the A/C and use the On/Off button in the living room and in each bedroom in the morning AND before you leave. When you return and turn the A/C back on, it will cool the apartment in less than 5 minutes.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
If guests request daily cleaning ( maid service ), this can be arranged in advance for an extra daily charge. Price upon application. I will need to be notified as soon as you make your reservation. Also a PRIVATE CHEF is available upon request for a reasonable cost.
Delicate Floor and Furniture with light Colors, NO Sun Screen and Tanners inside the unit as they will stain. Common areas have showers to clean off prior to entering the unit.
SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers. FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths. Please use towel holder found in bathrooms. You may also find they dry faster if placed outside But not on the terrace glass railing. SHOWERS - Please wipe down any excess water on the marble floor after shower to prevent water puddles and water stains.
RESTRICTIONS - The number of guests stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the unit. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy.
RIGHT TO ENTER - The owner's representative has the right to enter the property at any given time on a reasonable schedule, with previous notice to the guests in order to inspect the premises and to undertake and perform duties that they shall have with the owner of the property.
PVR AIRPORT - At the airport after picking up your luggage exit to the arrivals area. However to exit you have to go through a corridor with timeshare vendors, ignore them and walk straight past. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic.
TAXI to SAYAN CONDOMINIUM - Airport pick-up can be arranged in advance, either a regular sedan or a larger SUV or ‘suburban’ for bigger parties and luggage. Costs upon application. Guests can now also avail themselves of Uber which can be cheaper. But if you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at one of the booths. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going and show the map, and get a receipt. A three person cab will cost you $300 pesos or nearly $17 USD. You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged. Tip is expected and appreciated.

This property is incredible. It is 100 times better than the photos even. The owner, Clive, was extremely helpful from start to finish. The location is perfect. It is just close enough to easily and quickly get places yet just far enough to be quiet, calm and peaceful. The unit is stocked and finished with every possible need and comfort. The onsite manager is very polite and helpful and helped throughout our stay with questions and recommendations. I cannot stress enough how great this property is.I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was great thanks in large part to this condo. The location is a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the action yet the property is quiet and peaceful. It is nicely furnished and has some great art. The bedrooms are all very nice with private bathrooms. The pool area is fantastic and overlooks the ocean. There's lots of space to have privacy if you need it. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were lots of beach towels. The property management company referred a private chef to us and we hired him to celebrate a 35th wedding anniversary. It was excellent and a very special evening. Leading up to our stay, Clive, the owner was responsive and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this condo! Thanks for such a wonderful vacation, Clive and Kim!

Visited with my partner and four friends. The penthouse is two floors of great rooms and common spaces and a lovely private pool. Communication, check-in, check-out was all seamless and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was lovely. The penthouse is really 2 units, so there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator space, etc. The units are well-stocked with towels, paper products, shampoo, etc.
the units are very nice and everything was better than expected with excellent air conditioning, decor, shower pressure, The gym was very good as well - free weights, some cardio machines, mats and the like.
The location is good - walkable to the romantic area and make on, but not super-convenient for a quick walk to get a coffee or water. We did not rent a car, so trips “to town” were limited to a bigger outing to the beach or meals. 20-30 min walk to the los muertos pier. Ubers are plentiful and convenient- would recommend over a car service.
The restaurant was under construction when we were there, but we did order takeaway. It was fine, nothing special.
Make sure to bring lots of cash for housekeeping, airport transfer… you will pay in cash plus tips.

This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and we loved it! And this penthouse condo is FABULOUS! The location is perfect! The view is amazing! The safety and security in the building is top notch! And, like everyone says, Miguel, the Property Manager is awesome! We loved our private pool on the top floor - that is extra special. The restaurant in the building is not only convenient but it has great food too. Our vacation was as good as it gets because we stayed at this wonderful property!

Celebrating my 60th birthday with my husband, 3 adult children and spouses and one year old grandson was perfect in the Sayan penthouse! The 4 bedrooms with bathrooms made privacy easy while the common areas, both inside and out, provided great spaces to enjoy each other’s company, eat, relax and swim! We saw whales, manta rays and turtles swimming by. Sitting on the deck just watching it all go by was wonderful!
Miguel, the property manager, was very helpful before we arrived via email and then text, answered all our questions and helped secure reservations as well as transportation.
The location of the unit makes it easy to walk to town or a cab/Uber is even faster!
Overall, my entire family gives our time spent at Sayan 5 stars!

This was our first big vacation with our new baby and the place was perfect! We were traveling with our baby and older parents. The unit had everything we could ask for. The space was perfect. The private pool was amazing. Miguel was so helpful with answering any questions we had and helped organize a private chef to come prepare a dinnfer own night. Definitely would recommend!

After many many visits to PV, this was our favorite! The condo was even better than the listing. We had in-house massages, private chef one evening, played tennis and spent time in both the private and common pools. The restaurant did and cocktails were fabulous! This was the perfect place to turn 50 with friends! The penthouse was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Miguel, the property manager was great. He was always there when we needed him. Miguel also arranged a chef to come in for the big evening and made an amazing dinner. Would highly recommend! Can’t say enough about Sayon Beach where the penthouse is located. Security was great and staff was wonderful! It’s just a short walk into romantic zone without being right in the middle of it. This property really does have it all!

Beautiful 5 Star Property
We had an amazing stay at Clive’s oceanfront penthouse! Contact and check in were super easy. Miguel (property manager) was very friendly, extremely helpful and accessible with booking activities and pre-shopping for us before our arrival. The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for an outstanding vacation. The floor to ceiling ocean views are mesmerizing! Just a short 5 minute cab ride to Zona Romantica. We will definitely stay here again anytime we come to Puerto Vallarta and you should too!

Exceptional Property
The Sayan is an exceptional property in a great location close to the Zona Romantica yet removed enough to be quiet. The condo is very well equipped with everything that was needed. It ’s variety of spaces accommodated our group of seven perfectly. The art and decor were a pleasure and the views were amazing. Most days we saw whales and sea turtles. The restaurant has a reasonably priced wide ranging menu. The property manager Miguel was responsive and extremely helpful with all our needs as was the owner. We hope to be able to come back again!

The condo had a great view and the private pool is very nice. It has a good gym (with a view!) and the on-site restaurante has a variety of tasty food at a price that is not inflated like other resorts. I would definitely return !

The penthouse itself is just as described, (which is excellent btw). The owner was super friendly and informative with suggestions for us to try while there. His host in the area was super friendly and super helpful (thank you for everything Jocelyn!). The amenities of the building are great as it was super nice to be able to enjoy the buildings pools, poolside service, and dine on site whenever we were feeling to lazy to go out. Also Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area itself is just a great place to be. We will be back I'm sure. Thanks Clive!

Fantastic value and property
Listing delivers as it’s shown. Fantastic location close enough to Zona Romantica to walk but not be in the hustle and bustle. Property manager was fantastic, communicative, and on top of things.
Two pieces of feedback are the pool was too hot to use don’t know if this is because the heater was stuck in the in position or because it’s a shallow pool in top of the building the sun heats it but it’s more the temperature of a hot tub. Pools in property are very nice and a usia or alternative

Love PV and Sayan
There is not enough space to write how wonderful our trip was. The Sayan was an absolute perfect location for us. Quiet area but 5 min from any activity or night life that is desired. The Property owner, Clive, was more than pleasant to work with and was kind enough to have some flexibility with us with some changes we had to make because of Covid. The property manager, Jocelyn, was a life saver. It was our first trip to PV so had no idea of location or anything about the city. Jocelyn truly made our stay the best. She was so helpful, extremely responsive and just an absolute sweetheart. She took the anxiety we had of being in the area fir the first time and totally making it feel like home. Our condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, and we didn’t want for anything. The place is equipped with all the essentials and truly felt like home. Already discussing our dates for next year.

Private Plunge Pool and WFH Spaces
We had a great time. Awesome location (with direct access to the beach). My friends and I went down for an extended trip. Renting both floors was perfect. We used the lower living room, kitchen, and balcony spaces for our "quiet" work areas. The upper floor living room, kitchen, deck, and pool were the relax and "vacation space". Ulises, our house manager was always available to assist. It is very convenient to have a restaurant and bar on-property for when you need a quick bite or want o be lazy.

Excellent Property
I have used HomeAway for many years. This was by far the best property. Miguel the property manager and Clive, the owner did a fantastic job with attention to detail. The views are spectacular and the property has everything you need. Short walk to town or very cheap Uber ride. Stunning 1st class accommodations
Although the pictures share a glimpse of what to expect, we were awe struck by the beauty, design and decor of PH3. The panoramic vistas are amazing. The entire property is spotless and a sense of calm is everywhere.
Having both floors was a great way to accommodate two families. We were connected w Miguel our concierge who met us at the airport and was our one stop shop for all activities. He’s amazing!
Finally, we went to the city market for fresh fish to cook on our last day and found the kitchen to be more than complete for our favorite chefs to produce an evening we will never forget. More please!

Gorgeous Condo
5 Star visit. This is a beautiful condo, even better than the photos. Everything about our stay was terrific. The property manager, Miguel, was wonderful for pre-arrival communication, check in and helping us to secure groceries. The building's facilities are great including the restaurant, gym, pools and hot tub. The staff is incredibly friendly. The beach is a short taxi ride or you can walk out of the pool/ocean side exit and take a path to the beach (climbing stairs and rocks). I've been to PV 8 times and would definitely return to this beautiful condo.

Location and Views!
Great experience at Sayan Tropical. We typically stay further out in Conchas Chinas but for this stay we wanted to be able to walk into Old Town but also wanted to be a little removed from noise. The location was the perfect balance. The penthouse arrangement of two levels was perfect for the four of us. The property is well equipped and furnished. Views are stunning and made for the perfect backdrop day and night. Miguel is very responsive as a manager as was the Clive in the booking process. The Sayan restaurant was a good breakfast and lunch place for us. Very secure property and we would highly recommend.

50th Anniversary Vacation
My brothers' and their wives, Mick and I want to thank Clive for allowing us to rent his Penthouse 3. It was absolutely beautiful! The view from each floor was Spectacular. We sat out every morning on the lower deck and drank coffee together, did crossword puzzles, laughed and talked about how on the last day, we never wanted to leave. Special thanks to Ramone' and his staff for outstanding service and attention to our every detail. We will definitely miss him. And Miguel was a gem to pick us up and take us back to the airport, as well as answering my many questions in texts. It was a wonderful way to Celebrate our 50th Anniversary!! Thank again Clive, we hope to come again, Anne & Mick

Vista paradise
This property is gorgeous, couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Very clean and well equipped, nice beds and linens. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Miguel so helpful, every request met. Wonderful vacation. I highly suggest their transportation services to and from airport as well.

Everything looked just like the pictures!
We loved our Penthouse Suite. The neighborhood was lovely & easy to get around. Our check in process was quick & easy . Miguel was so helpful & provided a lot of great advice! We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Gorgeous!
My family had the most spectacular time and are so happy Clive shared his penthouse with us. The penthouse lived up to all of our expectations and more. High quality furnishings (I even took a picture of who made the couch so I could explore for my own home! , tasteful and eclectic art, all the comforts of home in the kitchen and bath. What really puts this place over the top is the private pool and panoramic views! From either balcony we spent hours in awe and serenity. Miguel our concierge was so helpful. He arranged for transportation to and from the airport, provided restaurant recommendations, and responded immediately to any of my texts. Couldn’t have asked for more. And Clive was so thoughtful reaching out to ensue we were well taken care of. Seriously I don’t know if we can top this place. I will definitely book again!

Beautiful penthouse with amazing views and location!
From the very beginning, Clive has been super responsive and amenable to requests as well as helpful with all my tourist questions. Miguel, the concierge was also helpful during our stay. The place was very clean, had all the amenities needed, and super close to the beach and Zona Rosa. We took Uber everywhere within 5 mins in the evenings but walked back and forth to the beach. The food downstairs was delicious and way cheaper than eating out, such a bargain. We even had maid service during our stay and in room massages. A perfect long weekend! Look forward to another visit next year!

Amazing location along with views for miles
Great location. We had a group of 8 and the place was big enough for all of us. We hired a private chef to cook for us and he loved the lower level kitchen. It was well stocked with needed pots and pans. It was great to have our own pool plus the option to use the condo community pool too. The restaurant onsite was super convenient for random snacks of our group. Can’t wait to come back.

Stunning View/Amazing Hosts
What a great experience! The condo is gorgeous with high end finishes and the view can really only be described by experiencing it yourself. The private pool is a great size and the balcony very expansive. Great location because it's quiet but only a 10 to 15 minute walk or few minute Uber or cab ride to all the action. Miguel was extremely helpful in arranging excursions, recommending restaurants and answering all of our questions. We were lucky to meet the owners during our stay which was a bonus. Super nice people!

It was the perfect place
Clive's condo is magical. I stayed with my nephews and nieces on a family vacation. The views were incredible from the top floor balcony with its own pool. The decor was top-notch. The beds and linens and pillows were very comfortable - not something you always get in Mexico. Clive's manager, Miguel, met us at the airport and even let us stop at Costco on the way back to the house (for a small charge). And the layout of the bedrooms was great giving privacy to every bedroom with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The walk into the heart of the romantic zone only took about 20 minutes but now with Uber in PV, we could get a ride home for only $3.
We definitely will stay here again!!

Beautiful. Wonderful staff. Close to town but secluded enough to let you just relax in paradise.
Just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Sayan Tropical condo. We used Uber mostly to travel to and from town, and it was very convenient. On our first day we took the Downtown food tour through Trip Advisor. Would highly recommend this for folks who are not familiar with the area. Met a lot of friendly people in the condo and around town. Always felt safe and had a great time!

AMAZING CONDO AND AMENITIES!
The Condo was amazing. There we four couples in the condo, and it was very roomy, and we never felt cramped. Having the pool in the top unit was amazing! We all loved the food in the restaurant downstairs and had a great time hanging out in the downstairs pools. The food was very inexpensive, and the service was excellent! We have been to PV several times, and this Condo far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying again!
