The hotel is good except the price.

The hotel offers free breakfast to us when we argued.

The price we paid was much higher than Ctrip when we arrived ( difference is about 30 EURO per day).

Tolle Auszeit in Baden Baden

Wir würden ausgesprochen zuvorkommend behandelt. Die Zimmer waren gut und funktional ausgestattet, es herrschte insgesamt eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Matratze war sehr bequem und sorgte für entspannten Schlaf. Die Lage war optimal, das Zentrum sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.8

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt zu angemessenem Preis.

Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und reichhaltig; die Servicekräfte extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken ist sehr schwierig am Wochenende, wenn das Hotel stark gebucht ist. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Toll wäre es, wenn auch das Restaurant barrierefrei zu benutzen wäre.

Leider wurde das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts renoviert. Lärm und Schmutz waren die Folge.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden

Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau, so ist z.B. die Rezeption provisorisch eingerichtet. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist nicht zu nutzen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß und gut klimatisiert, wir hatten nämlich 36 Grad, als wir dort waren. In die Stadt kommt man, wenn man an der Oos entlang geht durch die schönen Parkanlagen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und lecker! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parken konnten wir auf der Straße vor dem Hotel. Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze waren noch Baustelle.

Todo nos encantó, la atención de la recepcionista, la habitación grande, la cama comodísima, el baño enorme, todo impecablemente limpio, garaje cubierto gratuito y el hotel a un paso del centro. Una relación calidad/precio inmejorable.

Heerlijk hotel voor een verblijf in Baden-Baden

Top locatie, loopafstand via de prachtige Lichtentaler allee naar het centrum, prima hotel. Wordt momenteel gerenoveerd. Ruime kamers, netjes en schoon. Fijne en grote bedden. We zijn intussen al 5x in dit hotel geweest en voor Baden-Baden is dit ons favoriet zowel qua ruimte als locatie!

Goed gelegen Hotel in Baden-Baden.

Zeer proper en goed gelegen hotel. Ruime kamers met een goed bed. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, hoewel ik persoonlijk graag ook wat chocopasta had gezien. Ook steeds duidelijk vers afgebakken broodjes die regelmatig worden aangevuld.

Beperkte parkeergelegenheid, maar we kregen een plekje in de tuin toegewezen. Aangezien het droog weer was viel dat mee, maar op nattere dagen kan ik me inbeelden dat het een modderpoel wordt. Er zijn wel renovatiewerken aan de gang (sept 2024) om extra faciliteiten (spa, etc..) toe te voegen, misschien wordt het parkeerprobleem ook aangepakt. Die renovatiewerken kon je in onze kamer op 1ste verdieping vrij goed horen, maar ze begonnen pas rond 9h wat acceptabel is.

Staff make a hotel, shame this one is let down by them so won’t be returning!

Room was nice

The staff! So rude, I’ve never been to a hotel where staff are as rude the man at check in being the worst. Renovations going on which we weren’t told about. Car park full of building materials so cars dumped everywhere, spa closed, unfinished restaurant and hallways. Works ongoing during the stay, paint spraying etc, why not close to renovate instead of ruining customers stay?

Uns wurde nicht gesagt das Renovierungsarbeiten dort sind und daher der Wellness Bereich, Schwimmbad und Restaurant zu sind. Aber den vollen Preis berechnet. Ab 0800 war baulaerm zu hören.

All in all pleased.

Fresh and clean, updated and modern. Nice touch which touch charge for phone and could connect apple tv/chrome cast to the tv straight in the wall.

Ok so 2 wifis both disconnect all the time. Then hard to come back in on it again. Quite a few min each time. Forget wifi and re do was best option. The doors makes alot of sounds, like they close to fast/hard. So adjurning rooms around was easy ro hear. This 80x80 pillows aint the best to sleep with, very high/thick as well. Seems to be a german thing tho. Guess its up to each and everyone if one likes it or not.

Замечательное место, прекрасный воздух, вид из номера, очень хороший завтрак. Вкусный ужин в ресторане. Номер чистый, комфортный.

Просила при бронировании предоставить отдельные кровати, так как путешествовала с пожилой свекровью и спать в одной кровати было некомфортно, к сожалению, отдельные кровати не предоставили, была двуспальная кровать с одним матрасом.

For that money I expect clean pillow, a working toilet, tea maker. But otherwise not too bad.

Breakfast from 6:30 even on Sunday

Small things, adding up: Toilet didn't flush well. - Pillow (all 2 were the same semi-fluffy uncomfortable variety) had covers that left a huge part of the pillow exposed, disgusting. - Coffee/ tea maker was dirty and even after 4x getting water, still brown water came out, was in no way suitable to make tea or to get hot water.
