Praktisch, recht zentral, alles sonstige in unmittelbarer Umgebung

Disappointing

There was no breakfast on offer. The Hotel is fairly quiet.

It was very difficult to get into the hotel. No staff were present. There was a punch-number key on the main door which was very difficult to use. The same for the room door. A proper key would be much better; or someone on duty at reception. Also the reading lights above the bed were inadequate.

Easy self check-in and it’s close proximity to a bus stop

The window blinds are so thin that light rays wake you up as early as 6 am. Not ideal if you plan to sleep longer.

Nothing so far reply I am still looking forward for my refund. thinking Tontaube an official complain

couldn’t use the room because smelling cigarettes. I check in in Radisson instead . Ot is a Dahme toi offene this Kind of Roms

No air conditioning, No free parking.

The staff were polite and kind.

First of all, "Das Kleine Hotel" couldn't have us, since they had some technical issue with our booked room. Therefore they transferred us to their partner hotel "Hotel De France", but the room in their partner hotel was much smaller than the room that was originally booked. The room was like a sauna, very stuffy. There was only a fan to cool the room, which was not enough at all. The mini fridge in the room wasn't even cool!

Good but cold

The room and bathroom was good and clean.

We arrived late and the room was cold. We turned the heating up but that seemed not to become hot. Not even when putting the heating to maximum for half an hour.

Meh, but cheap.

Quiet, cozy, clean rooms.

You get 2 codes for code locks on your room and the entrance, but there is no pen nor paper in your room. If your battery runs out, you're locked out with no staff on site. The property is a 15 minute brisk walk up a steep hill from the city centre. The mattress was the worst I had in a long time.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend

Very clean and quiet. Loved old fashioned room, but mattress was a bit worn, was lying in a dent. Other than that fabulous. Close to city centre and really great breakfast places around. We even walked from the train station and back, easy 30 minutes with loads to see.

Nice room, but bad service. No reception, and they didn't answer the phone...

I booked a 3 person room and got a 2 person room. There was no anwer to my questions, but they were happy to charge me for the parking spot...
