The hotel location was good if you have a car. It would help if they place a sign to the entrance from the park’s main g

Location in the park was really nice and the room was good size.

It’s like a sleep in. The rooms are nice but the place hasn’t been renovated. Don’t expect room service or a restaurant in the premises. After 6pm no one there to assist with anything.

Comfort and convenience in beautiful surroundings

Large comfortable room with far-reaching view over the lake and very clean, well-equipped bathroom.

Dislike is too strong, but the breakfast was very simple and all cold except for the drink. I would have liked toast or an egg on a couple of days.

Great feeling/look of hotel, but needs to stay up to date with cleanliness

Bathroom layout was great. Beautiful location in park.

Odd smell to the room itself, room seemed beat up (scuffs on walls), and no one was at desk to let us in (waited 10 minutes outside with bags)

Lovely and comfortable

The location of the hotel was lovely. It’s inside a mini sports park: tranquil and overlooking the Geneva lake. It has all the amenities inside the room for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is basic, continental but it we fine for us. The restaurant is seasonal and is shut during winter. For us, it was not a problem because we liked to explore local restaurants.

Very good

The kindness and professionalism of the staff, the amazing location and the secured parking.

No real lobby to relax, there was a conference going on that weekend so the hotel felt more like a conf center than a luxury residence.We could also hear a constant noise coming from the ventilators at night which was annoying.

Breakfast was good, service was lovely. Ellen at reception was wonderful. The hotel just felt very lonely & quiet. No ambience. Outdated. Such a shame as it could be magnificent!

The hotel needs a total renovation. It could be amazing. Restaurant should be open for dinner, particularly for hotel guests. It could be operated as a Guest house.

it’s located in a middle of a very beautiful park and only 10 minutes walk to the center. room size, fancy coffee machine and boiler. they serve free water. very good breakfast and fantastic staff. very friendly and helpful staff.

tricky to reach. you need to enter the park from the main road. don’t follow google maps, it will miss lead you.

Luna and the staff were absolutely amazing and so so welcoming. They made us feel right at home and we truly loved our stay there so much. We will definitely come back and visit again for sure. It is truly something special

Charming hotel in Geneva

Great hotel located in a middle of a parc. Peaceful and quiet. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a good view on the lake. Room was really well equipped. Bathroom was huge. Friendly staff. They have a free parking on site.

Room was dim. The door was a bit too thin so you could hear people walking outside the room.

no ramp to avoid stairs (we had a pram, but what about disabled people?). A bit noisy at night but that’s nobody’s fault, the road is a large one

Scenic location but rooms are in need of some TLC

Parc des Eaux-Vives, where the hotel is located, is magical. stunning views. Staff were lovely.

Thé À/C was not working and it was impossibly hot under the rafters. The room was in desperate need of a refresh, especially the stained brown wallpaper. No housekeeping service was provided during our 2 night stay.
