Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp ganz gut

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wir konnten kostenlos nebenan parken. Es gibt zwei Räumlichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen und eine Bar. Wir waren nur in einem der Räume und fanden, dass man dort schön sitzt. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr großen Balkon, und das Bett war groß und bequem. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser gratis. Der Zugang zur Therme ist natürlich sehr praktisch und war ganz unkompliziert mit einem Transponder. Den konnte man auch für den Verzehr nutzen.

Ich finde, das Zimmer ist keine 4 Sterne wert. Etwas lieblos, schlicht, duschen musste man in der Badewanne. WC-Deckel war lose. Kein Wasserkocher oder etwas Kaffee/Tee. Immer wieder stank es nach Zigarettenrauch, wenn wir die Balkontür oder das Fenster auf hatten. Der kam von anderen Balkonen um uns herum oder von unten, das war unangenehm. Der Zugang zur Therme ist unterirdisch durch das Parkhaus erstmal verwirrend und sehr weit. Wir sind nur einmal da durch, danach sind wir lieber über die Straße gegangen in unseren Bademänteln…. Von der Therme waren wir erstmal etwas enttäuscht, weil alles schon was älter und lieblos ist und das Ambiente nicht so schön wie erwartet. Es gibt nur 1 Restaurant. Leider kein Whirlpool im Saunabereich. Am Ende hatten wir dort aber eine ganz gute Zeit. Der Badebereich bietet einiges.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Therme

Frühstück reichlich und abwechslungsreich, nettes Personal. Therme und vor allem der Saunabereich sehr schön.

Duschkabine etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenig Platz.

Tolles Hotel mit Zugang zur Therme

Alles war toll. Schönes Zimmer. Tasche mit Bademäntel im Zimmer. Freier Eintritt zur Therme top. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich.. Der direkte Zugang zur Chiemgau Therme macht das Hotel zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt.

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Clean, comfortable hotel annd convenient location.

The location was excellent for getting to the Therme across the road. I am disabled and could easily use the lift and get myself on my travel scoot to the swimmimg pools. We had a big disabled room which had a disabled toilet and shower and lots of space. My husband slept on the sofa and I needed the double bed. It was very hot and they gave us a fan. Aircondition would be better, but i guess too expensive. The restaurant was attractive overlooing the garden and large pond. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner twice- very average. The staff very very helpful. The location is good for getting around the area for sight seeing.

That Therma is easily accessible.

Bathroom was a little small considering that we rented a junior suite. No one informed us that parking spaces had to be reserved. Would have been good to know early on.

Not worth its Price. Therma/spa area is public city area

Stuff were very friendly.

Hotel is very outdated. Not only old and not modern but dirty. Rooms are pretty basic and cheaply made, poorly fitted out. Bathroom wasn’t really clean and toilet stunk. This is this typical hotel that looks good on pictures. We were also very disappointed that spa are is just a public wellness- full of people- that you have to walk to on the street or underground garage in a distance about 200/300m . Breakfast was in a form of buffet but with the cheapest possible sorts of foods. In the wardrobe we found someone’s shoes box- that’s just show how those rooms are cleaned in COVID times. Elevator super tinny, nearly fitted baby’s buggy. I do not know how does this hotel get 4 ****, should have maximum 2.

Beautiful and calm Bavarian getaway.

While traveling to Bavaria in the off season, we couldn't have chosen a better place to relax for the night. The room was a good size and equipped with everything we needed, including robes and sandals to use at the spa next door. We were offered champagne at check in (always a fun perk), and the breakfast was wonderful.

Superb

Breakfast was good and plenty, even though it was nothing special. The room was also quite clean and tidy. The staff was exceptionally nice and forthcoming. The location next to the Chiemgau Thermen is really great. We'll come again. :)

The beds were too soft and we both had backaches in the next morning (we don't have that problem usually). However, we are used to hard beds, so maybe that was our own problem. The bathroom reeked a bit, even though it was very clean. I think it came from the drain. It wasn't too bad once we closed the bathroom door.
