Tolles Zimmer ohne Frühstück

Das im Zentrum gelegene Hotel bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ist komfortabel und das Reinigungsteam macht eine sehr ordentliche Arbeit. Die Zimmer einschließlich Bad sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem und die begehbaren Duschen einwandfrei. Das Hotel kann man locker weiterempfehlen, auch wenn ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kritisiere.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat bei uns nur deshalb nicht gestimmt, weil Parken (12 € pro Nacht) und das Frühstück (25 € pro Person und Tag) extra berechnet wird. Wir wissen aus früheren Aufenthalten, dass das Frühstück super ist. Aber wir wollen ja nur einen Kaffee, eine Butterbrezel und nicht den Bauchumfang weiter ausdehnen. Dafür 100 € für 2 Personen und 2 Tage hinzublättern ist auch heute noch nicht angemessen. Ein Heißgetränk und eine kleine Mahlzeit sowie das Parken sollte im Grundpreis einkalkuliert sein. Dann gibt es auch nichts zu kritisieren.

Ruime comfortabele kamer tegen zeer redelijke prijs!

Geen klachten. Pforzheim is niet echt de moeite waard, maar dat kan het hotel niet helpen.

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal

Ich war schon öfter im Parkhotel, aber das war das kleinste Zimmer, das ich dort je hatte. Typisch Einzelzimmer.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Das Zimmer (402) ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist allumfassend, sehr schön präsentiert und auch der Service ist perfekt organisiert. Dafür gerne eine 10.

Die TV-Anlage ist veraltet und leider konnten die Programme ARD und ZDF nicht empfangen werden. Es wäre schön, wenn es im Zimmer USB-Schnittstellen zum Aufladen mobiler Geräte geben würde.

Very clean

You must pay the Parking, 12 euro per day. Also is very tight. To open the car door you must to be an acrobat. The towels are smelling very bad. My suggestion is to use a fresh detergent. I was back at 1 AM and I found a dog closed in a car in the parking. I informed about it to the receptionists and they said that they knew it. So I am sure that the owner is working in the hotel too. Very sad! I was in the Number 446 and the WiFi is working when he likes. My Conclusions: never again. If they don't have respect for the animals, it is not for me. Antonio

Convenient, comfortable and good location.

Good location, very smooth checkin and friendly accommodating staff!

There were a few issues with the cards which didn’t work when trying to access the spa and my own room but they were quickly sorted out by the staff.

Disappointing

it was clean but all the rooms looked pretty much the same! the size was the same but 150€ difference and it was two floors higher

that it wasn’t a fair price, I’m not saying it’s not worth the money but it was the same size and different prices

Exceptional

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull with my many questions .The gym was much lower quality what was i expected, but(!) at the reception they offered me a professional gym, what was 10 minutes walk away. So i was super setisfied.😊
