Super Hotel, Top Personal - absolute Empfehlung!

Familiengeführtes tolles Hotel. Super Personal - freundlich, kompetent, zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöner Spa Bereich. Tolles Lichtkonzept und überhaupt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sher gutes Restaurant mit regionalen Gerichten.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die gehobene Ausstattung und die gehobene Küche sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Verkostung vom Helentiner Bürgermeister-Tropfen nach familiären Rezept und die Geschichte dazu über die Entwicklung vom Hotelgewerbe waren richtig gut.

Für Frühschwimmer wäre es schön wenn das Schwimmbad eine Stunde eher aufmacht,damit man es noch rechtzeitig zum Frühstück schafft.

The hotel was clean, tidy and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Located in an area which makes travel into Celle very easy and further afield if required. The swimming pool and sauna are fantastic.

Superb hotel and staff. - eat somewhere else

The facilities was very good and the staff was great It was very easy come around in the hotel, even with a wheelchair. there was a chute, that was a little to steep, but my family helped me. 👍😁

Our dinner was awful. I ordered Lamb. I don't know how it was prepared but it tasted of nothing. The gravy ? bad and the potatoes, Croutons from a freezing bag ? something you get in a Burger bar or something like that. The rest of the vegetables was ok the beans with bacon was ok My wife and son ordered the 2 different types of fish on the menu. A Cod and a ? don't remember the type. The fishes was dry and stiff, the vegetables not really good. We talked to one of your waiters, he has been working at your restaurant for 24 years. If wants to attract people from denmark you will need to change the way you perform your cooking You should try to look up for other way to perform your menu - raise your standard and people will come running we would like to come back but do not want to eat at your place

Large room, Ambient restaurant, Good breakfast, Nice owners and staff. Free parking, Clean and the best friendly receptionist. Against normal German Hotels really friendly staff.

The evening dinner main course was not the standard we expected from that hotel. The bread, Salad etc was excellent only the main course was not upto the mark. Probably a one time failure or need a better professional cook.

Pleasant stay for one night on route

Good location close to Celle, only a short drive away. Excellent room/bathroom, friendly staff and nice restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

Brits always appreciate tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not done in Germany it seems.

the schedule for using the pool and the sauna are not practical. I even don’t have time to use the sauna. :(

Please consider blackout curtains and better soundproofing, particularly between the room and the hallway. A bathtub in the room would also be a great addition.
