Worst experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Center of Frankfurt

It was dirty, furnitures were broken. Toilet was very dirty as well. Very bad smell everywhere like something was dead somewhere. Some lights did not work properly. Car parking area was bad as well, although they charged 20€ extra for this. Most staffs are unfriendly. One staff was literally shouting before even listening. In a Word, my worst stay anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting !!! Receptionist with horrible behavior and absolutely horrible and dirty hotel everywhere with utilities only existing not and functional. Wi-Fi does not work and the faulty shower, nfectious walls and door from noisy entrance, inoperative shower, overall never again

Poor

A receptionist who doesn't speak any good English or German and talks in an annoying way. It was an irritating experience to try to reason and communicate with someone who doesn't understand what you are saying and speaks something you totally not understand. In short, he was not friendly. Advice: bring someone who is friendly and had good command of German and English.

Location

Too loud between rooms and floors. Cigarette smoke came in through the bathroom and the whole room smelled a lot(!). Only one outlet in the whole room, and no outlet close to the bed!! Would not stay here again.

Although it was a bit cheaper than other hotels, I would not recommend staying there, because of the uncleanliness.

Very central

Unclean. The floor was dirty and the walls were worn. There was definitely also bed bugs, because we all woke up with bug bites. The parking was a bit pricey (20 euros per day).

I just would not recommend this property

The thing that the location is near the metro station is the only good thing about it because at night it is super noisy in the streets

The staff could barely speak English and sometimes was hard to communicate certain questions that I had, the location is ok, but it feels sketchy I wouldn't feel that comfortable going out at night

Enough

I liked the location and that they had elevator. They also had a good bed and the room was warm.

It smelled horrible. Like weed or pee. They had not cleaned the shower before.

Comfortable bed but small

The bed was freshly made but the rest of the room was dirty. The window of my room was next to the trash bins. The receptionist was on the phone while doing my check in.

Good but not great.

It is very near to the Hauptbahnhof, it's a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the station. The rooms are perfect for just spending the night.

The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't perfect, there was lint and other debris in the sheets. Bathroom door appeared broken but the handle worked just fine. The pictures online are different from the reality of the hotel, like they haven't been renewed in a couple of years.

Exceptional

I had to stay 3 days more in Frankfurt due to loss of Passport and all the money. Jonathan at the reception desk was awesome and so polite. He helped me in lot of situations. Allowed me to check-in earlier, was super polite and he was also courteous, he went into my situation and made my stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thank's Pension Alpha and Jonathan especially

Very affordable, simple hotel

Very affordable accomodation in central location

Rooms are badly soundproof, you can easily hear the neighbors. Some lights in the bathroom were not working and towels were not properly cleaned.

Not recommended

good parking place but at cost. other than that there is nothing good about the hotel at this high cost. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone. Lot of homeless people around.

The room was a stinky, had food Crums from previous guest on the bed, towels were not clean, walls are made of plywood and so you can hear everyone from both sides of the room.
