About this apartment rental

Sweet 2 bedroom apartment with beach access and communal pool is centrally located in the heart of Rosebud, right across the road from cafe's, restaurants and Woolworths.

We're also on the BEACH side of Nepean hwy near the Pier and Rosebud foreshore playground - so perfect for families with children who don't want to cross a busy road to get to the beach or get in / out of a hot car!

The space consists of open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with big screen TV, DVD player, heating and a fully equipped kitchen, gas heater and split system air conditioning

Each bedroom is carpeted with queen size beds. Ceiling fans in every room.

The communal outdoor space has a pool and bbq with beach access from the back gate. The beach boardwalk is located within 30 meters of the property.

Rosebud is a quiet and friendly beach side town that has all amenities required including shopping centre, restaurants, cafe's, cinema and pubs. It's the perfect place to slow down and catch up on life.

Not to far from us is also the Peninsular hot springs, wineries and Mornington racecourse.

We stayed during peak season, good location with everything within walking distance…. Otis located on a main road so there is a bit of noise.. a dishwasher would be handy as you are paying top dollar…. Minor issue for a very comfortable stay.

Christels unit was beautifully clean and well presented, it had everything we needed for a girls night in. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the pool area

We were in town overnight for a wedding, great little place in an amazing location. Very clean. Property owner was very kind and helpful. Will stay again if ever in town.

This unit was smaller than we thought, but being able to hang out at the pool gave us more space. Unfortunately we were without hot water for a few days. We called owner once we realised that it was nothing we were doing with showers. Once the problem was sorted reasonably quickly by replacing the gas meter. It was just unfortunate that it occurred during our stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy. As a family of four it worked with a pool at our doorstep as well as a short walk out the back to the beach and park. As it's located on a main road it can be noisy with all the traffic however not a big deal for littlies as there's security gates anyway. Close to supermarkets and drives to Red Hill wineries and other attractions. Cristel was easy to deal with and answered any question we had.

Couldn't be happier with our experience; Christel was super friendly to deal with, the apartment was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfy, and the location was close to everything we needed. I think this is the best value in Rosebud!
