Sehr, sehr schön!

Mittendrin in dieser kleinen Stadt - zauberhaft. Der Weg zum Strand war auch sehr kurz. Das Personal super freundlich. Der Shuttle-Service zum Parkplatz sehr schön gelöst (man kommt aber auch mühelos ohne aus)

Leider gibt es dann doch Leute aus allen Ländern, die ihre Sportwagen in der Innenstadt aufheulen lassen. Dafür werden sie aber ausreichend beschimpft :-)

Im allgemeinen in Ordnung

Das Personal (wirklich jeder Einzelne!) war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Da es vor Ort keinen Parkplatz gibt, kann man am An- und Abreisetag einen Shuttleservice nutzen, den man zum Parkplatz (20€/Tag) dazubuchen kann. Leider muss man die restliche Zeit die ca. 900m laufen, was für Gehbehinderte Menschen doch ein kleines Problem bedeuten könnte! Das Zimmer an sich war ok und der Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den See war ein kleines Highlight. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank haben super funktioniert. Unser Hund (Labrador-Bernersennen-Mischling, also sehr groß) wurde freundlich empfangen, allerdings wird für 15€ am Tag dem Hund weder Napf noch Decke geboten.

Das Bad ist recht klein und riecht irgendwie muffig. Die Handtücher wurden, obwohl gut aufgehangen, täglich getauscht - am vorletzten Tag allerdings wurden sämtliche Handtücher und der Duschvorleger entfernt und wir mussten für den letzten Tag um Handtücher bitten, welche auch schon in die Jahre gekommen waren. Für das große Doppelbett gab es nur eine Decke und diese war nicht mal bezogen, was sich die ganze Woche nicht änderte. Der Frühstücksraum im 3. Stock ist klein, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich ok, aber die Auswahl liegt im unteren Bereich (Rührei, Speck, Gebäck, Toast, Schnittkäse, Salami, Kochschinken, 3-4 Sorten Kuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Müsli, Joghurt, Croissant, Äpfel, Orangen und kalte Pencakes).

Nice location, pleasant stay.

Great location and nice breakfast. The room was pleasant and clean, just what we needed, but no frills. At the price point it is fair value for money. Had a pretty view out over the lake too.

The walls were really thin and when a family of 4 next door spent an hour getting ready at 5am with screaming children, this meant a bad night's sleep. Could be more information and recommendations provided on surrounding area. Reception could be more inviting.

Aspettative deluse

La struttura accetta i cani (con quota extra) ma non in sala colazione, quindi bisogna alternarsi se si è in coppia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Reception h24 che ci ha aiutato la sera in cui la sbarra del parcheggio non si alzava.

Camera piccolissima, nonostante fosse l’opzione top. La vista lago in realtà non è godibile pienamente in quanto l’hotel sta in seconda fila rispetto ad altri edifici. La posizione centrale, che ci sembrava un vantaggio, in realtà ti obbliga a lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio a pagamento distante 10 minuti a piedi. Questo ha reso scomodi gli spostamenti per visitare altre località. A posteriori, avremmo preferito spendere meno e avere magari un hotel più comodo in un posto meno centrale. Sirmione bellissima, ma se non vai alle terme bastano 3-4 ore. Colazione mediocre: uova, bacon, dolci industriali, caffè da macchinetta che non interrompe mai il flusso se non lo fermi tu (e quindi straborda). Tavolini vicinissimi, per cui ti tocca sentire anche la gente che litiga di prima mattina per cosa dare da mangiare al bambino. Personale della colazione cortese ma sempre in osservazione di quel che succede, mette un po’ ansia, forse perché gli spazi sono esigui.

non è la prima volta e non sarà l'ultima.

Posizione eccellente, nel cuore della parte storica di Sirmione, proprio davanti all'ingresso delle terme. Ottima anche la colazione, impreziosita dalla vista che si gode dalla sala dove la colazione viene servita. Il parcheggio, a pagamento, è ovviamente fuori dalle mura del centro storico e pertanto richiede una camminata per essere raggiunto.

Cómodo para viaje en pareja

La ubicación y el desayuno muy completo

La ducha no tenía mucha presión y el agua quizás no estaba muy calentita (llevamos una semana de viaje por el norte de italia así que comparado con otros alojamientos este fue más flojo en este sentido). Tampoco funcionaba el radiador del baño por lo que ahí hacía frío y no podíamos tener toallas calentitas o secar rápido los bañadores de las termas. Pero a las 22h y con todas las maletas desechas no nos apetecía ir a recepción a comunicarlo.

Nothing special but the receptionists are extremely kind!

Friendly stuff, good location. Enough breakfast. The parking and the transfer is cool /with electric vehicles./

The walls are made from paper. You hear every breath from the neighbors! The hotel has no style… in Sirmione are much better looking hotels approximately with the same price.

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine tolle, zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Der Shuttle-Service zum Hotel und zum Parkplatz hat sehr gut geklappt.

A nice, comfortable stay!

Very nicely appointed hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but very nice with a lovely bathroom. The mattress was a bit firm but comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony. A very nice breakfast, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The shuttle to and from parking was very helpful as well!

A bit softer mattress but that’s it!

Lovely hotel in Sirmione.

Good location close to all amenities, and the regular ferry to explore the areas of Lake Garda. Sirimione is a wonderful place very busy at times plenty of shops, lots of restaurants to choose from so the hotel is in an ideal place. Beautiful view from my room cannot fault that. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and welcoming which is very appreciated when travelling solo.

You can hear alot of noise from other rooms some of the time. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only bottles of water, but there is a fridge available in the room.

Staff were great and the Sirmone is lovely. Shame about my booking/cancellation not being resolved

Staff were very friendly and helpful, convenient location.

Rooms could do with a little update. There was an issue with my booking that wasn’t resolved, I didn’t get a response until after the cancellation period, therefore was charged full price for 2 rooms whilst only needing one.

Amazing stay in Sirmone

Location was amazing, in the middle of the old city, close to good restaurants, lake, shops. There is amazing Jamaica beach, 900m from the hotel, there is service if train (golf cart) if you choose not to walk. The best in the hotel is stuff as they are truly amazing, amusing, helpful. We are looking forward to coming again

The location is so convenient. Right within the historic centre but away from the bustling tourists. The receptionists were friendly, breakfast was great!

They packed up our luggage and moved it out of the room when we missed check out by 30 mins.
