Gute Lage aber mit Mängel

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet man ist gleich in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber.

Das was man kritisieren kann ist das Bad. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Wenn man keine 50 kg hat, hat man Probleme mit dem ein und aussteigen der Kabine. Dreht man die großen Dusche auf kommt bei den Düsen ebenfalls das Wasser. Wenn man so um die 85 kg hat (war leider bei mir der fall) kann man sich nur schwer waschen. Ausserdem sind keine Gläser für das Zähneputzen vorhanden sondern Plastikbecher. Also für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist dies nicht angebracht, dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

Echt schöne und entspannende Tage.

Die tolle Lage am Hafen und Altstadt. Die dazugehörige Bar. E-Ladestation für Autos und Fahrräder. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Leider keine Balkone. Matratzen etwas hart und ungemütlich.

Excellent accommodation for a visit to Grado

The hotel is right in the center, next to a canal. Just a few steps from the seaside promenade, restaurants, shops. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff is helpful and kind. We'll be back!

Unfortunate choice

Convenient location. Nice breakfast room.

Very hot bedroom despite keeping curtains and windows closed all day as the A/c wasn’t working.. 27C at night is too hot to sleep - much cooler in corridor outside. Since sleeping is main reason for using a hotel, this was a problem.

breakfast was good however there was one member of staff trying to supply coffees to a large number of guests…. maybe provide pots of coffee in lieu of individual cups.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN GRADO! NICE STAFF! DELICIOUS BREAKFAST!

Perfect location, super nice staff, excelent breakfast! They even let us eat the breakfast a bit later the first day, bacause we were needing to rest a bit more, thank you all! Amazing!

The shower could be bigger, there were no much space to move, and we had a small problem with the AC letting water escape from the system, but about that they resolved the issue right in the next day.

I can only recommend it - very good value for it's price

It's location cannot be praised often enoug enough, right in the center. Great deal of variety of foods at breakfast - even 5 minutes before restaurant closes. Everything was given for a good holiday: comfortable beds and sofabed, air conditioning, large and clean bathroom, bike rental for free. Best beach in walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay

Location is fantastic, just at the corner of the downtown and 10-15 min walk to the beach. The hotel has bicycle (included in the price) which is brilliant to explore the area. The breakfast is lovely, enjoyed eating at the terrace.

Coffe could be a bit better, given we are in Italy

Perfect location, friendly stuff

The room was big enough, and it is in the right place to reach easily the city center and the beach for morning jogging.

Small balcony with view to the next next window. The bathroom is big enough but the shower is too small, but the place would be enough for bigger one. This joke about wearing the mask is ridiculous, but I know it isn't the rule of the hotel, they have no choice this clowning is a stupid and annoying thing.

Very nice stuff in reception and also in the breakfast. Good location. Cleanness of room. Air conditioning. Private and secure Parking.

Never again.

The hotel it's old and the value for the money is ..I don't have words to describe it. The personal it's ok, not friendly, not unfriendly. Overall, I even don't have something that we liked, I just can't find something, I am so sorry.

Breakfast overpriced and without taste. Room, HORRIBLE. Not cleaned, we found dust everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay in another one. It's a place who caters Austrian people, they never complain face to face and maybe not even after, because this is not how they are educated. They accept and that's it, they try to avoid conflicts. That's why you won't find many bad reviews of this place. But, it's just not an ok hotel. Book elsewhere, please. Make yourself a favor and avoid this one.
