I will not come to this hotel again

the rooms are old style , very small - old bath . Internet is not working well . The value for the price is not good . the hotel is very far from center

Exceptional

We stayed one night before our holiday to Tuscany and then returned for 2 nights at the end of our trip. The customer service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite, they had a bottle of champagne and dessert for us waiting in our room, and the concierge was fabulous.

The most beautiful stay. Felt super treated all around.

Excellent stuff and service. Super beautiful hotel with history. Even the smell of the hotel is fantastic. Fresh flowers everywhere. Loved the breakfast and the cafe in the lobby. Good location. Service to bring you to the city is included in the price.

Old bathrooms are charming, but marble gets yellow after prolonged use, bringing a bit of dirtiness, even if it's not. The shower head was broken.

staff did not tell me there was free shuttle to the duomo even though i asked how to get there. i am 76 years old i i really believe staff did not want me to travel in the limo with the fancy hotel guests who were quite younger than me

It's the best 5*L value for money in Milan

It's the best 5*L value for money in Milan - nicely styled, conveniently located with well trained staff. Compares nicely to its peers. Good gym, internet, other facilities, meticulously precise cleaning staff.

Be careful when you choose rooms - smallest (Classic) options - you may end up in shoebox or in room that should be garderobe of the other room size wise. Especially via aggregators such as booking.com

Overall it was ok but probably we will try another hotel next time.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and diverse. Bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom and good toiletries range.

We upgraded our room to an executive and got a room with small windows to the inside court. The hotel is outside of the city center - 20 min walk.

Experience luxury in a true iconic hotel!

The heritage, the hotel philosophy, luxury features in & outside the room, the view of the plaza, 24 hours room service, great wellness center w steam room & sauna, mattress large & comfy.

Location is good but not super central. Subway super closed by. Some common areas (such bar & breakfast room) look dated (like early 2000s & slightly tired). no coffe maker in the room. Parking was very expensive for Milan standard.
