The property was very close to almost everything including the beach. They had a private beach section alongside pool area. The room was large and spacious alongside balcony. The hotel is very easy to find and they provided you free soft drinks whenever we wanted some. The hotel dinner was nice and worth.
When we first arrived we thought they would take our baggage upstairs as all the hotels do, instead they just gave us the keys and told us to head off. They also didn’t explain the location of the private beach section so we was walking around trying to find our hotel area on the beach. The shower was blocked so we had to wait for the water to go down before we could continue to shower. It is next to a bar which plays very loud music every night until early morning so if you plan to sleep then you need to be mindful.

I had no internet for 5 days in the room and I talked to them everyday and they said we ll said you a technician but no one showed up in 5 days, they finally changed the room after 5 days after insisting on them which they were supposed to change it immediately for a good customer service (I had paid for a quadruple room and received a smaller one when they changed it only to have internet)/ I had to pay 50 euros for my own mobile data which I m not supposed to pay if the internet worked :)
One of the receptionist was very impolite towards me regarding my issue, I was talking to her and she was laughing all the time in front of my face, which I find very impolite, she was not taking it seriously..

Ωραία τοποθεσία 2λεπτα με τα πόδια που βγαίνεις στην παραλιακή έξω από την κεντρική είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου σταματούσε το λεωφορείο πράσινη γραμμή και με ένα ευρώ πήγαινες έως την τελευταία στάση που είναι το grand pazari και σε 4 λεπτά έκανες βόλτα στην Μαρίνα ,το σπα του ξενοδοχείου καλό αν δεν θέλεις ταλαιπωρία κλείνεις μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο
Πολύ ζέστη τον μήνα Αύγουστο,απλησίαστη η θάλασσα και όχι τόσο καθαρή δώθηκαν ελάχιστες οδηγίες από το ξενοδοχείο για την τοποθεσία που έχουνε ελεύθερη είσοδο για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου

The hotel is in a great place, it is surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants. Migros is just across from it, you can buy your groceries and drinks till 11.00 pm easily. The hotel has quite a big pool compared to other hotels next to it
As a frequent traveller the worst housekeeping I come across. Every morning they argued loudly with each other in front of our door at 8 a.m. which woke us early. They didn't refill coffee, shampoo etc, and never changed our cups and glasses, i had to call reception to them that apart from the housekeepers, I recommend the place

Very noisy at night as the hotel is on a main road also noisy guests that you can hear in the corridor and from the room next door all through the night.
Almost impossible to get a Sun lounger unless you are up at 6am as they are all taken up and reserved by people using towels and bean bags whilst they go out for a few hours. No fault of the hotel but they should have a non reserve policy for sun loungers.
Gym facilities a few machines not working very small gym area.
Ac very complicated to use would be useful to have a small instruction card.

Grote, luxueuze kamer. Groot ontbijtbuffet. Centrale ligging vlakbij alles.
Druk aan het zwembad, soms al vanaf 8u s morgens, maar dat gebruikten we niet. Weinig parkeerplaats rondom, je moet geluk hebben en dat hadden we gelukkig wel. Er zijn spa-mogelijkheden. Je moet hier niet voor de rust komen, het is een groot hotel met all-in optie.

Very attentive staff, couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool, adequate rooms, cleaned daily. Fair choice of food which was hot. Plenty of sunbeds, big soft comfy beanbags Nice and extensive list of cocktails available

Excellent staff. Food is good though not haute cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of the water was ideal for swimming. Wi Fi connection is excellent. I recommend the massage service offered in the Spa at a reasonable price.
We had to move rooms due to the noise of the pub opposite the hotel. This was handled very efficiently by the hotel receptionist. The gym equipment was not working: treadmill and exercise bikes.

La seule chose de bien était le all inclusive
Il n'y a pas de place de parking pour commencer... Ensuite on nous donne une toute petite chambre avec des lits simples alors que notre réservation booking était CHAMBRE DOUBLE et que j'ai bien précisé que nous venions de nous marier ! Nous étions tellement déçu !!
À la réception, je demande de changer de chambre et de connaître les prix si nous restons une nuit de plus. L'homme nous répond qu'il ne peut pas et qu'il faut demander tout ça demain matin !!!
Il faut attendre 1h assis pour être servis d'un petit snack... Les transats sont tous occupés par les anglais qui laissent leurs serviettes dessus donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.
La salle de sport est inutilisable, tout est cassé. Nous devions avoir accès au spa avec notre réservation mais ce n'était pas compris. L'hôtel est situé près d'un pub irlandais qui fait du bruit jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit.
Le lendemain nous demandons à la réceptionniste voilée le tarif pour une nuit de plus. Elle nous donne un prix qui ne nous satisfait pas donc nous décidons de repasser par Booking. Elle nous voit et nous dit d'attendre : elle appelle son supérieur. Elle parle en turc et dit plusieurs fois OK JE FERME (nous comprenons ce qu'elle dit bien évidemment) en faisant des clics sur son ordinateur. J'attends qu'elle me dise ce que son directeur lui a dit mais elle nous dit simplement avec un sourire allez-y réservez et revenez me voir. Étrange... nous réservons sur booking puis la réservation disparaît !! Nous recherchons tous sur booking l'hotel et il n'apparait plus alors qu'il y avait plein de chambre de disponible pour 2 ou 4 personnes ! Je retourne voir la réceptionniste et lui dis que j'ai payé mais que la réservation a disparu. Elle dit attendez je regarde, non il n'y a rien à votre nom. Je lui explique que l'hotel n'apparait plus sur Booking et qu'elle a tout bloqué devant nous.

The location was very good. Swimming pool area was clean. Staff are very nice.
Food was very bad. I advise go for room only. No effort was made for breakfast. My husband wanted egg white omelette but he was told he could not have. I only have fruit for breakfast and there was NO cut fruit. Only apples oranges and v poor quality of pears. I went hungry. Also when we checked in we were given a room which was allocated to other guest. We arrived at 4pm and was told the room was NOT ready. We wanted some food but there was no option other than ice cream

Часть номеров выходит на улицу, с шумной проезжей частью до 3 х ночи шум машин, люди ходят, кричат. Другая часть номеров на бассейн с баром и музыкой.

Breakfast was a bit repetative but other meals were very good
Requested double bed but got a twin room and requested a quiet room but was given a room at end of the corridor that had a door adjoining our room to the room next door which resulted in it being very noisy but that may have been down to who was in that room

Well my partner stayed with her friend in the hotel both fully paid up
However after one night her friend had to come home after a sudden family bereavement
I decided to get a flight out to stay with my partner
The jet 2 rep said there would be no problem
However the manager of the hotel had a different view
He decided i wasnt going to stay with my partner in the room her and her friend had fully paid for.
I checked booking.com and the rate for the room on
Bookings.com was €320
When i showed the manger the booking.com quote and asked him couod he give me a better quote he quoted me at over €600 for 4 nights
This left a very bad taste in the mouth.
I will never set foot in turkey again my partner will never set foot in turkey again and our famillies have been left disgusted at the treatment over the incident with our friends bereavement
Congrats to the hotel manager he has probably lost his country something in the region of €50,000 in revenue from our famillies over the next 10 years because of our experience with his greed

We moved to this hotel from another due to issues with previous hotel and this hotel really did exceed and make our holiday so much better!
There could have been some more evening entertainment and also sun beds throughout the day - I felt we couldn’t really enjoy sunbathing by the pool and relaxing as we couldn’t get a sun lounger

The room at the top floor had 2 views which was nice and good location
The staff were rude and unhelpful. The lady at the front with the Scottish accent was also rude and unhelpful. I asked her how much a taxi to the airport as I didn’t want to be ripped off and she just looked at me rudely and said ‘I don’t know, ask the taxi service.’ I then asked the manager and he said he can arrange his own service for me for £60. Go to pasa beach hotel, the staff are a lot nicer and they go out there way to make sure you’re not ripped off. The food at the hotel was the same everyday and not a great variety. Pasa beach hotel had much better food. Also, I left my AirPods in the hotel in a rush, and I know exactly where they were. Quickly messaged the hotel after and they said the cleaner couldn’t find them…. This seemed impossible to me as they were literally on the table. The staff I found were generally rude and unhelpful.

Place is good every close by. Breakfast is perfect with variety of food. I ask double bed but they gave me twin beds. Even after promise to change they didn't even think to change untill I came to hotel in the evening after boat trip..lack of commitment for their business not healthier.
Fitness center is just absolutely nothing..broken barbell and few dumbbells..thredmill out of order..
