Regular, muy regular

De los pocos puntos positivos, se puede nombrar que tienen un gran equipo de animación que hacen muchas actividades e interactúan mucho con la gente. Además de ello, el terreno es bastante grande y siempre hay hamacas disponibles. El comedor también es bastante grande y espacioso. Desayuno de buffet correcto.

Hotel con calidad / precio bastante decepcionante la verdad, he estados en otros muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas con un precio similar que tiene más y mejores prestaciones. Hay bastantes puntos negativos que me han hecho formarme está opinión: - Nada más entrar, nos encontramos la habitación mal limpiada. El suelo tenía arena y algunas pequeñas piedras que pinchaban al andar descalzo. - No pudimos conectarnos a la red wifi porque no nos dejaron ningún papel con la clave, tuvimos que bajar a recepción a preguntarla. - El aire acondicionado tiene un mando de uso fijo en la entrada, esto provocaba que si te entraba calor y querías encenderlo, tenías que levantarte en medio de la noche a encenderlo. Además de ello, la última noche empezó a hacer un ruido raro y bastante sonoro que no nos dejaba dormir. - El interruptor de la luz del baño se quedó atascado y no podíamos apagar la luz, por la noche tuvimos que cerrar la puerta del baño y aun así se veía algo de luz, cosa que molestaba para dormir. - El mini bar, a parte de enfriar poco, tenía un charco de agua abajo, lo que hacía que todos nuestros productos estuvieran mojados. - Hay solo 4 ascensores para un hotel tan grande, desiempre toca esperar unos cuantos minutos o bajar andando por las escaleras. - El horario del desayuno nos dijeron en Recepción que era de 08:00-10:00, luego resulta que era de 08:00-10:30. - El horario de piscina, según un cartel en el jardín es de 11:00-19:00. Luego le preguntamos al socorrista, y resulta que de lunes a miércoles es de 11:00-20:00 y el resto de la semana de 11:00-19:00, ¿Porque está diferencia de horarios? Resulta que de jueves a domingo solo trabaja un socorrista en lugar de dos, por favor, contratar otro socorrista y resolver este problema, las 19:00 es una hora de cierre excesivamente temprana. - Hay excursiones de niños que hace que la piscina esté masificada a ciertas horas del día.

Para pasar un dia, mas no!

Esta cerca de la playa,la piscina tiene hamacas, gran parte del personal genial. Quiero agradecer a la animación de piscina y a los chicos de mantenimiento su trato.

Para empezar,el señor de recepción no nos explico nada,como por ejemplo que para ir al comedor hay que apretar la "C" en el ascensor,su compañera lo explicaba todo a los clientes.La Habitación con colchon de muelles y el aire roto.Pension Completa no entra la bebida.Cierre de piscina antes de hora porque el socorrista se tenia que ir.Buffet muy escueto.A las 10 de la mañana nos han dado una habitación para 2horas,pero esos aires no enfrian NADA, ir a dormir es morir de calor.La comunicación interna es pesima,nos trasladan 2horas y 2 veces han entrado las limpiadoras a la habitación porque nadie les ha avisado... La Habitación que reservé ponia que era con Minibar y bañera, solo habia una mininevera que funcionaba mal,y en vez de bañera teniamos plato de ducha... Sinceramente una completa estafa,pagar 180€ para que luego existan tantas cosas malas.

Excellent value for money.

Helpful staff who kindly assisted us in getting a free and very convenient parking for our car inside the hotel park. Large hotel with park and swimming pool. Spacious clean room and bathroom and balcony with mountain view. Very good buffet for breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Twin beds instead of the requested double bed.

Ubicación perfecta. Bonitas vistas desde la habitación hacia el mar. Todo muy limpio y comodo. Buffet completo.

Everything amazing, staff very friendly, very nice pool.

The staff very friendly and willing to help, the pool very clean and nice. Everything worked accordingly, we had a great time.

The food wasnt the best but it was quite good. The beds werent very confortable but it was ok. There isnt nothing that made us have a bad time

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants within a few meters walking distance, car park across the street (paid parking, but fair price)

Hotel partly outdated (interior, furniture), the AC in the room was very loud; wasn’t happy with the quality of the breakfast for a 4* hotel

Hotel is decent, but they’ll share your credit card details with other guests!!

Almost all aspects of this hotel are pretty good. Air conditioning works well in the rooms, the pool area is great and the drinks are fairly good and cheap. Breakfast is also very good.

The whole experience prior to arrival. Despite providing my card details for the booking through booking.com, I was sent a very suspect looking form by the hotel asking me to send them my card details. When I questioned why this was necessary I was repeatedly told that my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t. I then phoned Intur and they told me that under no circumstance should I complete the form and they’d contact me over email if there were any issues. I then received the same form over email with the same request, but this time they sent me a form that had been completed by someone else, thus sending me another guest’s credit card details!!! A blatant and shocking breach of data protection and confidentiality. Clearly I didn’t fill out the form after this, but then arrived at the hotel and they never even questioned the fact I hadn’t!

Great Hotel, super staff, nice quiet location. Easy stroll to beaches and restaurants!

Very nice stay, found free parking right outside hotel. Nice location three block walk to beach and restaurant area. Breakfast was good, bed comfortable nice shower. All in all a nice stay.

no toilet brush and people on reception unhelpful with taxi rides during check out. even rude when I tried to get a number. i do not recommend if you are someone that needs to walk to the train station and 45’ walk under the sun isn’t for you.

Overpriced and bad mannered staff

I liked the location as it was close to the beach and the supermarket was across the road. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was also nice. The cleaning staff cleaned the rooms daily. The pool area was nice with natural shade from the trees.

The staff were not very helpful. Upon arrival we asked for a room with a bath as my partner suffers from a disability with her feet and a soak after a long day walking at the nearby festival helps. This could not be accommodated because the hotel was booked out. When we arrived to the room a number of appliances did not work. Telephone, mini bar, safe. We requested that the minibar be fixed on numerous occasions so we could store some cold food and drinks due to food allergies but we got no help we were booked to stay for 10 nights. The telephone also remained broken for our entire stay. At the pool area people left their towels throughout the day. When we left ours to go have lunch in a restaurant across the road, our clothes and towels had disappeared when we returned a short time later. We spoke to a receptionist who was unable to understand us and requested the help of her colleague, she said we would have to wait until the next day to get them off of the garden staff. However, we later discovered that the lifeguard had moved our towels although there were several other towels still left unoccupied at the pool area with few people in the pool or around the area. We spent the remainder of our holiday swimming at the beach. The same food was served in the restaurant everyday for breakfast. Very few English speaking staff members which made it difficult to deal with food allergies. There was one very helpful male receptionist but the rest need to be trained in customer service as they were not pleasant. The hotel was way overpriced. Also, be prepared to spend the time walking up and down stairs as it is nearly impossible to get a lift. There are three lifts but one of them appeared to be out of service for our entire stay. This was also very hard for someone with a disability.
