Muy bueno, cómodo, céntrico y habitaciones renovadas.

Atención y habitaciones

El acceso a la sala de desayunos no estaba bien señalizado, da la sensación que estaba cerrado, pues se hace a travvés del restaurante, aunque al consultar en recepción me informaron rápidamente.

Bien ubicado

Lo que más nos gusto fue la amabilidad de una de sus recepcionistas, se llamaba Marta, nos ayudo mucho.

El desayuno era un poco escaso, ya que no había opción de huevos fritos o revuelto de huevos. La tortilla de patata no estaba muy buena.

The deco was nice. The staff were nice. It was a good location

The room and the sheets all smelt strongly of smoke. The bed and sheets were average comfort.

The bed was very comfortable!

Upon entering the room, I noticed an odor in our room. Thankfully I was able to open a window, which helped clear the smell from the room.

Excellent location

Excellent location in the center of zaragoza, just a few steps from all sites and the Tube for good eating. Parking is available nearby in an underground garage. Room is pretty big, we had a triple.

very close to the historic city center and tapa bars. large comfortable rooms. staff was very helpful

Great location, value for money

Great central location and great allergy awareness by breakfast staff, especially Nieves. Gluten free bread and lactose free milk was available. One of us was unwell and Nieves kindly provided a plate with a lovely gluten free breakfast selection to eat, which made all the difference to our trip. The room was nicely decorated and there was a choice of two pillows.

There was only one bedside socket in a twin room. This made it difficult to charge our various electronic devices. The bathroom was spotless and functional but could do with an update

Great location in the middle of a busy town. Hotel receptionist was really helpful. The hotel was ok and I guess you get what you pay for. It was nothing special, it was 'acceptable' for the price you pay. The beds were clean, but the rooms are dated and not brilliantly cleaned.

The hotel and rooms were 'tired' and not cleaned very well - there were sticky sweets behind the entrance doors in one of the rooms and the shower leaked in the other (shower over the bath. Rooms should either have a bath or a shower - not a mixture of both. It needs a good overhaul. If you are on a budget and and you're not too fussy then it's ok. Car parking could be an issue if you don't know your way around :-(

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff that made our stay giving us local details as to where to go! Very quiet room. Very clean, lovely towels and spotless linen Cool room

Great place to stay for the price and location particularly.

Great location and clean, well kept room and hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good size and comfortable bed. Room had juliette balcony doors overlooking bustling street which which was nice to sit by and watch the world go by, but quiet when closed.

Nothing, good value for money, particularly for the location.

Comfortable hotel in central location

Really good location.Very smart reception area.Lovely breakfast.The gentleman who checked us out was lovely.Very helpful.He explained about a reduction in cost of the garage parking.He also helped us when we asked about places of interest to visit .The gentleman who checked us in didn’t explain anything to us.

Our room was very tired looking.Think rest of rooms had all been renovated.The room was also very dark as curtains had to be kept closed due to room opening onto a central courtyard.
