Halte d'une nuit à notre retour en France

Le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique et professionnel, les toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée et le personnel de l'accueil à immédiatement fait le nécessaire pour que les toilettes soient nettoyées Le choix au petit déjeuner La chambre avec un grand placard Le hall d'entrée est moderne et joli Le restaurant avec menu en semaine à 17€, repas très bons

Les toilettes à notre arrivée qui étaient sales, le miroir de la chambre et de la salle de bain qui n'étaient pas propres La salle de bain devrait être refaite

Très déçus .

L'hôtel est idéalement situé quand on fait la route Portugal France pour ne pas faire de détour,on y accède facilement. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il y a peu de place de stationnement surveillé mais on a pu se garer aux alentours sans difficulté.

Je suppose que certaines chambres ont été rénovées et que ce sont celle dont les photos sont affichées sur Booking. Ce n'était pas le cas de celle que nous avons occupée. L'aménagement était vétuste mais surtout l'isolation de très mauvaise qualité. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la couloir mais aussi dans les chambres voisines. Il y a un jour de plusieurs centimètres sous la porte de la chambre donc on a la lumière du couloir,sans compter un voyant qui reste allumé en continue dans la chambre. Malgré des boules quiès nous avons très mal dormi, imposition de retrouver le sommeil après 5h en raison du bruit et de la lumière. Je trouve que pour près de 100 euros la nuit on pourrait au moins pouvoir dormir au calme, malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas. La cafétéria est elle aussi plutôt vétuste et propose un choix très limité.

Etape très pratique et reposante

Cet hôtel est idéal pour faire une étape rapide entre France et Portugal à côté de la route principale. Il est bien isolé. et a visiblement fait l'objet d'une rénovation, le mettant au goût du jour. Il était très propre et le 8e étage donne une vue époustouflante sur le paysage (côté Pancorbo). les doubles fenêtres fournissent une bonne isolation (il y avait du vent).

C'est malgré tout une "usine à dormir"

Thoroughly recommend hotel for wheelchair users, and others.

Excellent facilities in trhe room to help with my disability. Accessible parking complete with electric vehicle recharging point. Good breakfast facility.

suited us for a stopover on the way to Bilbao

unfortunately there was a lot of noise from other guests on our floor. Also rooms looked a bit tired although reception area very modern.

Big bed. Dog friendly.

Breakfast wasn’t like it was in the pictures. No fresh fruit. Walls were very thin and we could hear noise from neighbouring rooms.

easy access, close to highways, welcome desk, well heated in late december, very clean roomy and comfortable. Regarding the offer, it is an excellent choice with also the possibility to use restaurant and cafeteria in situ.
