Erinomainen hinta- laatusuhde.

Huippu sijainti. meri vieressä ja 10 min ostoskeskukseen, jossa kymmeniä liikkeitä.

Aamiainen ok, mutta epäsiistit pöydät ja ei servettejä. Kahvikone antoi mitä sattui.

Le point le plus positif pour moi de l'hôtel et le personnel

Le top le petit déj 🌺🐝 les lits sont très confortables 🙏 les personnes qui font le ménage sont très agréables et très serviable 😃 les personnes de l'accueil et les groom au top 😃

Salle de bain vieillotte , le mobilier du balcon est à revoir , dommage que l'on ne puisse pas utiliser la piscine même au mois de février 🙄

I will recommend it to anyone this from a morrocan who has been for long time abroad

The staff are very friendly and welcoming any information I need I get. Also very helpful for things outside the establishment. I have been here before and I recommend it to my friends from London. I can't fault it. All what say is thanks to the team running it.👍

First is the hospitality and the hygiene also the variety of the breakfast I am from around here when I was a kid, I have been living in London for 37 yrs here I feel I am back home.

The location is great (beach front) and the room is super clean and tidy!

The staff was not friendly at all and it felt like we were a burden on them!!

Very good

The breakfast offerings were delicious and plentiful. Our room and bathroom were kept clean throughout our stay. The reception staff were always very helpful.

Hotel past its heyday but cheap enough to counter this. Needs better cleaners.

Location very close to beach. Nice private balcony. Fridge in room. Rooms air conditioned and curtains keep out light. Breakfast area spacious and light. Plenty of loungers around pool which was not too busy. Staff helpful in arranging taxi. Clearly at one point was a very posh hotel.

Quite run down: broken lift, broken plug in sink, broken phone, broken balcony door lock. Need to run water for ten minutes before it gets hot. Cleaning was not good - bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, no soap provided (but 5 bottles of shampoo) and I had to go and ask for towels every day, as cleaner took them away but didn't replace them. Breakfast: adequate but not much variety. Pool: music far too loud: I had to wear earplugs and it would have been very noisy for any rooms overlooking this area. Location: very rundown: lots of places closed/abandoned/falling apart. The restaurants are fine if you want European food, but not much available for trying local cuisine. WiFi slow.

location and staff i and wide room with balavoney are the the main thing atract me in this old non clean hotel

an old not renoviert building. full of insect. not clean hous keeping are not giving good job to clean towel dirty.

hotel pres de la mer.

Rude employees , Poor customer service , They also overcharged me and refused to accept credit cards for the second room reservation,they said only cash is welcomed. They also refused to provide me with a valid receipt for my cash payments. They called my room at 3am in the morning waking everybody in the room . Front desk guys overnight and morning shifts are trully not qualified to provide a good customer service to guests. only cold showers available. ,Ac not working ,and maintenance is non existent.Bed bugs everywhere as well . I was a regular client to this hotel for years. Now this will be definitely my last , they truly didn't value my loyalty and provided me and my family with a very poor customer service.They also cheated me in currency exchange as they paid me 750MAD instead of 1000 MAD( currency exchange was that day(1USD=10.2MAD) for $100 bill I handed them,also charged me $50 extra per night per room for a late checkout previously approved by the overnight shift since they pocketed $40 tips from us.. Very bad hotel employees , future guests please be aware ,We would not recommend at all !!!!

The property was located in the main part of the strip of the city , that strip has many areas to explore. the building also has a lounge so you don’t need to travel too far for a good time.

The older gentleman in the evening did not give me the room that I booked for four I bought a single room. He gave me a double when there was availability and do not offer any discounts for the inconvenience. more so, he gave me a hard time because he viewed my signature to be different than the signature than on the receipt and I looked at him crazy like what do you want me to do a sign it again? he made me sign my signature like several times. I was too tired to make a big deal about it at the front desk so I just continue along my way. The Wi-Fi at the hotel sucks because there was no signal when the phone says no signal and the front desk said there’s only signal in the lobby. The standard in all hotels no matter where you go if I have Wi-Fi, so I did not find this very pleasing.

Not a bad but low quality hotel.

Poor breakfast with low quality food like instant coffee and bad plain water.

The furniture of the room were worn, the fridge door was broken and the low maintenance and poor lighting of the room make you feel depressed!
