Diabolical, disgusting and rip off

Comfortable stay, quiet good sleep.

We were in old part of the hotel. Bathroom was new and spotless, Bed was very good quality and very comfortable, this was important as I suffer from back problems. Staff. was very friendly helpful and attended to anything reported promptly.

There was no breakfast of any kind provided even a cereal with tea and scone /croissants would have been fine. This was inconvenient as we had to go out to find a cafe with not much time to spare as we were attending a funeral that morning. Walls in the bedroom could do with a coat of paint, and a dent in the wall could be easily repaired. Otherwise happy with the stay Room very comfortable and warm and a bonus to be able to adjust the heating when it got too warm and open a window.

I have stayed several times in the past and normally enjoyed my visit. This time, no breakfast.

It was relatively cheap and in Ashton.

No breakfast provided, though expected in the advertisement, room was stuffy and had a cursory clean, at least the sheets were clean.

The room was very dated with clearly damp issues mostly due to windows not functioning properly. The toilet flush was broken.

I didn’t like the staff not respecting my privacy whilst I had just got out the shower whilst I was dripping wet with no clothes on at all and clutching on to my towel to at least keep some shred of dignity. Then said that they would be back up and I should wear clothes. The chance would have been a fine thing.

Brilliant hotel with the best staff ever

this hotel is honestly so underrated. amazing for the price, the reception staff is very accommodating with checkin and checkout as I work night shifts they accommodate me anytime. Thanks to Nabeel for letting me check in 3am last night for free of cost as well. I really appreciate it ps the mattress was amazing

Great value for money! Nice area and really kind/helpful staff :)

We were welcomed on our visit by Rais who was super kind , helpful and showed us to our room straight away. For the price , the room was great. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and we had a really lovely , chilled and quiet stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a night away in Preston.

Did not stay, on arrival the curtains were closed and the building did not appear open for business, a sign on the front door said reception was closed and there was smashed glass on the door! I looked through this & a man was sitting at a desk, advised building was open however his english was not good & there was a TV mounted in the reception with a camera feed of all the rooms, including what appeared to be bedrooms! I confirmed i had a booking but was feeling too uncomfortable to stay and left, please do not stay there it didnt seem a business at all!!

Never again.

Slept OK.

Mould around the shower cubicle. Shower stopped working 1 minute into using it. Room was extremely outdated . Just didn't feel comfortable.

I don't know where to start.

The gentleman on reception was friendly

The room was disgusting and filthy. The bed was hard with ridiculously stained pillows. The shower had scum everywhere. That room hadn't seen a cleaner in over six months.
